Details of Work.
Work includes Cleaning the compressors from outside for dust and oil etc; Check and replace crank case oil (use I.O.C. Servo system 526, BR/Tallus 69, HP-Enclo-65[\SAE 30 & 40 only); Drain Air receiver; Operate and check safety valves; Check belts wear and tension Replace if required; Thorough servicing of 02 nos. of electric motors; Check & attend for air leakage form any point/joint if it is there; Clean or replace air filter elements and cleaner; Clean with kerosene oil of petrol but before putting back make certain all elements are absolutely dry otherwise an explosion may result; Blow off cylinder fins; Blow off intercooler fins; Operate and check safety valves under the guidance of Supervision Engineer, including cost of labor, material required, T&P etc.
Spray/Brush painting of Air Cylinders with standard make light grey 608-4 synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality(Nerolac/Berger/Asian make) after cleaning of rust/dust/oily surtface/water deposits and foreign materials using scraper/sandpaper and cotton waste under the guidance of Supervision Engineer, including cost of labor, material required, T&P etc.
Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes. Taxes applicable if any to paid extra
