REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE CABLE AND PROVIDING CHANGEOVER SWITCH IN NIA BUILDING, MODEL JAIL, CHANDIGARH.

DSR 5.2 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

DSR 5.12 Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

DSR 11.1 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

DSR item No.15.16 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 (amended up to date) of the following sizes to be laid in existing Trench/Ducts/Cable Tray/ RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ DWC pipe / on surface with the help of MS clamps of suitable size/ as required at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The job includes labour charges of laying the cable and making connections with suitable size aluminum lugs/thimbles etc. The cable shall be of Polycab / Havells / R.R. Kabel/ KEI/ Finolex make only.

Size 95q.mm 3.5 core (In Pipe)

S/E of on load change over switch of 250 Amp. 4 pole 415 Volt with MS enclosure. The changeover switch should be of Havells/ Lauritz Knudsen/ Schneider/ABB/ Hager/ Legrand make only. The Changeover switch should be installed in existing cubicle panel / angle iron board/ including drilling holes in cubical panel / angle iron board, making connections with suitable rating of copper wire / copper strip etc. as required. The job includes the cost of all petty material and labour charge etc as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
