Complete maintenance (Prestigious Garden) of the entire garden having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e., lawn, trees, shrubs, herbs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide and fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer-in-charge. (Cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel and other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) as per direction of officer in charge(Normal work) (Labour should be deployed as one labour for 4047Sqm)

Supply and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage up to 5 Km lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8 % for payment)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage up to 5 Km lead complete (earth measured ins tacks will be reduced by 20 % for payment)

Provision for payment of EPF & ESI of manpower engaged by the vendor/contractor against Sl. No. 01 & 02 above during the course of execution of complete maintenance of the garden area For Prestigious Garden: 9 manpower x 26 days x 8 M x 827 = 15,48,144.00 x 16.25 % (EPF + ESI) = Rs. 2,51,573.40

Disposal/Removal of garden garbage i.e. machine cut grass, weeds, twigs, pruning of shrubs & trees, clipping of hedges, dried leaves, wrapper, polythene, other wastages approx. 20 km outside the periphery of the area cleared with mechanical transport (garden garbage measured in stacks will be reduced by 15 % for payment)
