BQC A document: Signed Agreement/PO copy/Work order/LOI or any other valid document which shows value of awarded works along with BOQ. ? BQC B document: Bidder shall furnish Annual Report/ audited balance sheets including Profit and Loss Accounts for previous three financial years along with the Bid to establish Bidder's conformance to financial criteria and prove existence since three years ? BQC C document: The net worth in immediate previous FY. ? Latest Vendor registration certificate of BPCL if registered vendor of BPCL. ? Latest Work Completion certificate (not older than 2 years) for similar work described in scope of work ? MSME/ NSIC certificate if applicable. ? CA certificate as a proof of MSME vendor with submission of Udyog Aadhar certificate. ? Signed and Stamped copy of Tender documents. (STC, GPC,). ? INTEGRITY PACT (ANNEXURE II)
