Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sq.m on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broken stone hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork (old size) with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 5 here-in-before but except bricks using old serviceable bricks as retrieved. Note : Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall re-used.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) for fair afces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching and copings including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel wire (anneled) not less then 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 410-S etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil material exc. 250m but n. exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 15 here-in-before but add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) used as in saucer drain, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in trenches for 300mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of road (vertical or horizontal) hard standing by manual auguring including NP3 pipe of for 300mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The contract sum shall be derieved by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
