Part I : Strengthening of SCKAT road to Putheri Road Km 0/0 -2/300 Est. Amt Rs.57.49 lakh

Picking the worn out WBM including all other labour charges ect complete

Providing & laying spreading & compacting graded stone aggeragate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material and all labour charges

Applying primer coat over the wmm suface using with Emulsion bitumen binder 7.0 Kg/10 sq.m including cost & conveyance of all materials and all labour charges

Applying Tack coat over the wmm suface using with Emulsion bitumen binder 2.5 Kg/10 sq.m including cost & conveyance of all materials and all labour charges

providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm compacted thick using 0.18 cum of 13.20mm IRC size HBG machine crashed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.6kg of bitumen 80 100 for 10 sqm of premix carpet including laying of seal coat type "A" over the premix carpet using 0.09 cum of 6.7mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips with 9.8kg of bitumen 80/100 per 10 sqm inculding cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre measurements including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including heating the bitumen and metal mixing the materials in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by power rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and spreading the seal coat and power roller rolling separately as per MOST specification 509 and 513 (III revision) inculding all labour charges hire and fuel charges etc. complete

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil for cutting sidedrain etc, complete as per SS20A

Providing and laying U S Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & Conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required proctor density at 100% compaction

Supplying and fixing of HM stone of size 0.75x0.23x0.10 m including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of KM stone of size 1.65x0.45x0.15 m including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc., complete

Part II :Strenthenging of PP road to PS road via Kattupattur Road Km 0/0-2/380 Est. Amt Rs. 89.71 lakh

Picking the worn out WBM including all other labour charges ect complete
