M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of char coal dust and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI light grade with funnel, wire mesh and 40 mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including excavation, earth work concrete pit with 80mm thick RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly reinforced with MS bars 8mm dia @ 150C/C both ways and pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 2 Nos suitable lifting handles of 12mm MS bar complete all as specified.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolytic Aluminium bus bars TPN of capacity 300 Amps rating installed on DMC insulators with bus bar chamber. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, and made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel & Angle iron frame work made out of 50 mm x 50 mm X 6 mm ), front opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey RAL- 7035 shade. The scope of work also comprising of the following:- ( LOCATION :- ) Make of Panel: Adlec/ Schneider / Universal Switch Gear Control/ Tricolite.

The panel manufacturer should have following Govt. Approved Certificates: 1. CPRI Certification Degree of Protection IP-54 (should have IEC:60439-1 test) 2. CPRI Short Circuit withstand strenght should be 50kArms for 1.0 Sec with intial peak of 105kA 3. CPRI Certification Rated current for short circuit not less than 4000 A with rated insulation voltage 660V 4. ISO 9001 CERTIFIED

Supply and lay in trenches /under roads/ crossing or fixed to wall/ pole, GI tubing light grade of size 80mm bore for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material/surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling river sand in trenches including spreading for cushioning of LT UG cable complete all as specified and as dirceted. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured and paid .

M&L for sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid flat dry in trenches over cable, across the direction of cable complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement,hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and jointing in replacement of heat shrinkable straight through joint suitable for LT 1100 volts XLPE cable of size 70 to 150 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
