Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Dismantling floor or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing scerviceable tiles to store and rubhish off the premises.

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft (loose soil)

M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited,spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface by broken stone or boulders

M&L for plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick; plain cement concrete (PCC) type B-2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in path finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded, laquor finish any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment

Ditto- all as per item No.7 above built except tiles.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering consolidation sprading and levelling in layers n.exc 25cm thick, well rammimg including watering. Note:- For payment purpose only punned thickness of sand will be measured & paid.

Forming 20mm thick Expantion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'B' thickness of concrete slab in 100mm

Forming constraction joint 30mm deep x10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B'

Removing excavated material exc 1.50Km but n.exc 5.00Km and deposit where directed in soil.

M&L for Providing cement concrete in Kerbs or mud stops, or stops to the edges of interlocking tiles rounded or chamfered on edges nin Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)

M&L for painting 2.5mmm thick road marking strips exc 10 cm width or grith for layout of center line, drashes, rows, speed breakers. Writing letter etc, with thermoplastic road marking paint (reflective) of specified shade or colour by using a fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads speser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater over by expirenced operator on road surface including road marking paint spray machine as in lines, dashes letters, arrows etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over concrete cement or plaster surface over 10cm grith or width not otherwise described including preparation of old painted surface.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, border & vertical projections such as cols, chajja, facia beams , Road side kerb and the like, floor, interlocking tiles & chequered tile clading etc by scrubbing, washing rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion anti fungal paint any colour shade complete all as specfied and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards of 900mm diametre with support length of 3750mm and made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc, as pewr IRC; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class - 2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron size 25 x 25 x 3mm along with theft resistant measure, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos M.S. Angles of size 35x35x5mm to vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100 x 100 x 5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats os synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee supplort to painted in black and white colours). Back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc.complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Manufacturing , supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatoryroad signage and boards, made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, letters, borders etc., as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted onn substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activtated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate ofn structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @300 mm centre to centre all along the peiphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the coast of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and errecting the same in positing all complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Structual frame work including MS Plate to be provided seeparateelky. Frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No.50x50mm square post made of M.S.angle 50x50x4mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including approriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineeer-in-Charger.
