Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50meters lead

Dismentalling cement conc manually by mechanical mean including disposal of material within 50m lead as per direction of engineer-incharge 1:3:6 or rich mix

Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in widthaswell as 10m2 on plan)includingdisposal ofexcavated earth lead upto 50meters and lift upto 1.5 m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil:

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs aving slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, pands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering. finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)
