SHIFTING OF EXISTING BOUNDARY WALL AND REFIXING OF MS GRILLS AND PROVIDING NEW DWARF WITH GRILL FENCING AS PER REDEMARCATION AND PROVIDING/SHIFTING OF APRON ALONG THE BOUNDARY WALL AT MOUND NO. 1 OF ANCIENT SITE RAKHIGARHI

Description and specification of items of work to be executed (complete work)

Removal of damaged/cracked modern brick work of boundary wall manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation manually over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Levelling & neatly dressing of disposed soil completely as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

Providing 1st class brick work masonry in the mortar ratio 1:6 1 cement, 6 coarse sand).

Providing first class tile brick masonry of boundary wall in the ratio 1:4 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand) etc. complete.

Providing and laying brick tile edge on pathway in composite mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand) over bed of 20mm thick mortar including filling of joints 10cm deep.

Removal and re-fixing of existing M.S grill panel of length 1.80m and height 1.35m having M.S 16mm sq bars 10cm c/c.

Recess pointing on tile brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) after raking, cleaning and washing of joints complete.

Providing and fixing of M.S. grill railing of 16mm sq. bars 10cm c/c spacing with pointed tips embodied on angle iron 50x50x6mm of length 1.80m and height 1.35m ends of each rail are to be bolted with nut bolt.

Applying synthetic enamel Paint with primer on MS Grill two or more coat to give an even shade of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing showcase of size 0.90m x 2.60m made of toughened glass and wooden ply base along with Stainless Steel 304 upper and lower frame with detachable upper frame as per specification given in NIT Sl. No. 12

Providing and Installing SS304 hinges and mechanical stays in antiquity showcases in interpretation centre at Mound No.1 with necessary screws etc. complete

Supplying and installing of reputed brand water tank 1000 ltr alongwith connection with all inlet and outlet connections with CPVC, GI pipes etc. including testing of joints complete at Mound No.1

Supplying and installing of reputed brand water softener with minimum flow rate of 3000 Ltrs/Hr and food grade resin capacity of 50 Ltrs, automatic regeneration technology including supply of industrial salt 200 kgs.

Supply and installation of Hikvision or CP Plus 5 MP IP Bullet Cameras with 4K resolution, 3D Digital Noise Reduction, Aperture F2.0, IR range up to 30m with protection rating of IP67

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing double sided retro reflective overhead direction boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. The aluminium sheet of size 1800mmx1200mm to be riveted on both sides of 25mmx25mmx1.25mm MS tube frame all around with one horizontal and two vertical supports in between. The vertical arms of height 3700mm will be made by 50mmx50mmx1.25mm MS tube.
