Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation bed of manhole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels/benching of manhole, drain, laid to shape and slope and surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken stone or boulders hard core of gauge n exc 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of concrete foundation,footing,based of columns,rafts and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundations and plinth beams;and similar works;vertical or to better for flat,rough finish complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graged crushed stone aggregate) as in manholes cover slab, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified.

M/L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, laid in cement mortar (1:4) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth with using extra cement with wpc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth with using extra cement with wpc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Plinth protection, pavings finished even and smooth without using extra cement Including making joints and filling gap with bitumen mastic all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, mud stop, bed plates, plinth courses etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips confomring to Gd I IS-432 all as specifed.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for concrete bed in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under,haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting in to existing manhaoles for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for as specified dia of pipe 150mm.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exc 1.5 KM but n. Exc 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc.to a distance 5 km , beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft /loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables etc, getting out and forming bottom surface to required gradient complete.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified.

Supply and fix flanged Non return valve of size 50 mm dia flap type, cast iron body, PN1.6,confirming with IS provision of 3mm thick rubber gasket on both sides of the flanges, bolts and nuts complete including dismantling of unserviceable valve all as directed.

M & L for G.I. tubing light grade of size 40mm bore for protection of cables to be laid under roads, crossings/culverts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations for electric poles, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing,installing and testing Factory fabricated, out door type cubicle panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50 Hz having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved colour, provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof The outer shell shall be made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with front openable, double door system lockable/ open able.
