Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc.Depth upto 1.5 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. (Lead taken upto 5 km)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Extra for random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto two stories.

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid for separately) : Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. 70 mm thick.

Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10 cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or with dash fastener or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as require including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto two stories excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar M-25 Grade Concrete (1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -As per design mix)

Providing and fixing Marble stone flooring table rubbed, 15-18 mm thick over 20mm (Av.) thick base of CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) or slab in wall, steps, pillars, counters, jambs, shelves, sills etc laid over 12mm (Av.) thick base of CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing complete.Upto to 1500 Cm2 Tiles

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT & GLOSSY finished ceramic tiles colour such as standard white, grey, ivory, fume, red brown, light green, light blue, and other light shades with water absorbtion less than or equal to 0.08% confirming to IS : 13753 & IS : 15622 in floor, steps etc laid on bed on neat cement slury finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4)Size 300mm x 450mm

Providing and fixing wood panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled and glazed shutter 25 mm to 40 mm thick Ghana wood grade

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit & it's all accessories( J.B. , Bends etc.), round tiles,18 SWG G.I. box with earth terminal, 6 A switch , 3 pin ceiling rose/ Lamp holder / 3 point Connector, 3.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995),Al. alloy/ cadmium plated iron screws 20 mm cup washers etc. all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required. Providing & Fixing of ISI marked (IS :3854) 6 amp. flush type non modular switch as per PWD specification for electrical Works, made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material, minimum width of switch toggle ( PUSH PART ) should not less then 16 mm, brass terminal & captive screws including cutting hole in tile and making connection testing etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of of 3 pin 6 amp. flush type non modular socket as per PWD specification for electrical Works, made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material, brass terminal with Porcelain based back cover & captive screws including cutting hole in tile and making connection testing etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of non modular socket size flush type 120 watt rotary minimum 5 step fan regulator as per PWD specification for electrical Works, ISI marked (IS:11037) made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material including making connection testing etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of ISO Certified company made BEE Star rated copper wounded double ball bearing capacitor start, aluminium body & Metallic blade ceiling fan as per PWD specification for electrical Works, Conform to all the performance requirements laid down in IS:374-2019 including all amendments, as applicable ; & Carry BIS licensing (i.e. ISI marking) or Quality Certification such as ISO - 9001 or above. with down rod up to 30 cm with secondary support safety cable ( steel wire ) , cotter pin with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor making connection testing etc. as required. Appropriate OEM test certificate shall be submitted by contractor. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.
