SPECIAL REPAIR TO WALL, PAVEMENT PATH ALONGWITH ASSOCIATED WORK AT AF STN TUGHLAKABAD UNDER GE AF TUGHLAKABAD

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incl. all quoins arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed. All debris shall be removed and disposed of outside MoD land, and the rates shall be deemed to include the same.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified. Debris should be disposed off the MoD premises.

M&L for brickwork with old serviceable bricks obtained from dismantling/demolition, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metres mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metres mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying Damp Proof Course (DPC) 40 mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 (Type B-0) with 12.5 mm graded aggregate to horizontal or vertical surfaces, including necessary formwork, finishing the surface smooth, complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, including centering/formwork as required, weathering, chamfered edges, throating, finishing smooth, complete in all respects as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (40 mm graded aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 (20 mm graded aggregates) as in foundation, subbase under chequered tiles, interlock etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast concrete rubber moulded glossy finished interlocking paver block of 60 mm thick M-35 grade any colour (as approved) and design over sand cushioning complete including with using grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 all as specified.

Providing and laying 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) single socketed pipes of approved make with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches to the required line and level, including 75–100 mm thick sand bedding, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
