Taking down aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable high bay/Flood/Hanger/ any type of light fitting from hangar upto 18 mtr height and refixing after replacement of new spares like Ballasts, Ignitor, capacitor, lamp & holders ,. etc and refix the same after repair work in the existing place incl replacement of minor spares which is not covered under this schedule complete all as specified and directed. Note: New Spares will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of 31,32,33,35.

M&L point wiring complete with 1100 volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC casing and capping medium grade of size 25/20 mm, etc fixed on wall/ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor and connected to earth dolly, including provision of pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing switches sockets etc concealed on wall testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & incl PVC casing caping (double interlock type) of suitable width medium duty with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 4 Sqmm single core FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion etc including taking down the old unservicible one complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC casing caping/conduit shall be measured as one unit)

All as per item No 15 here in before, but 4 run of single core 6 sqmm and two run of 6 sqmm cables as earth continuity conductor including taking down the old unservicible one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 400W integrated industrial highbay luminaires with diecast aluminium control gear housing & spun anodised aluminium reflector, anodized Aluminum narrow beam reflector ( closed version ) complete with copper ballast, capacitor, glass and all accessories including 400W MH lamp complete all as specified and directed including taking down old fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Hangar obstruction light fitting single LED type without lens colour red suitable to 230 V AC protection weather proof IP55 as per IS2147 sealed against water and dusts complete all as specified and directed. Taking down unservicible ceiling/exhaust fan and opening the body cover of ceiling fan/exhaust fan, any type, any make and cutting the existing winding without damaging the stator removing the coil insulation and putting new wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxiliary and main winding, and removing old damged bearings of any capacity and fixing new bearings, varnishing and baking complete and soldering new lead of copper wire three core cables of size 23/0.0076 testing, refixing and commissioning complete including transportation from area of AGE B/R Goa to workshop complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes (Note:- Ball bearing should be measured & paid seperately in given schedule item)
