Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing including all safety precautions etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge Important Note: Contractor shall neatly stack all dismantled Manglore Tiles at earmarked place as shown by the Factory Authorities.

Dismantling Battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size (Exc 15 mm) including tilting fillets including all safety precautions etc all completed as directed by Engg in Charge Important Note: Contractor shall neatly stack all dismantled Battens for Tiles at earmarked place as shown by the Factory Authorities.

Dismantling plain or corrugated Galvanised, mild steel sheeting including all safety precautions etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge Important Note: Contractor shall neatly stack all dismantled Corrugated MS GI Sheets at earmarked place as shown by the Factory Authorities at his own risk & cost. It shall be noted that GI Corrugated Sheets which are in good condition shall be reused at site as per requirement.

Fixing only old (Existing good Condition) corrugated GI Sheet any thickness , corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls including all safety precautions etc. all complete as directed by Engg in Charge.

S & F new corrugated GI Sheet 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 including all safety precautions etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge. (Make: Tata / JSW / SAIL) Important Note: Contractor shall get the sample approved of GI Corrugated sheets and all fixtures from the Engg In Charge / Competent Factory Authority prior to commence the work.

M&L Rolled sections of Hollow Square Section 50x50mm, Minimum 2.60mm thick (or any other section/s as desired by the Engg in Charge as per requirement of works) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates including all safety precautions etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge. (Make: Tata / SAIL / Jindal). Important Note: i) Sample of MS Square section & other fixtures shall be got approved from the EIC / Competent Factory Authority prior to commence the work. ii). Contractor shall prepare & submit plan & cross section drawing showing details of section of roof indicating all layers viz. GI corrugated sheets, hollow square pipes, galvalume sheets, plain Galvalume sheets etc. & shall obtain approval of the EIC / Competent Authority prior to start of work.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM1:4 including demolition for repairs etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge. Important Note: i. Contactor shall use dust free aggregate for mortar preparation. ii. Cement to be used shall not be more than one month old. iii. Sample of all materials shall be got approved from the EIC / Competent factory Authority prior to commence the work

M&L for rendering 25 mm thick cement plaster on stone masonry wall surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 including levelling of uneven stone surfaces, including taking down old cement plaster etc all complete as directed by Engg-in-Charge. Important Note: i. Contactor shall use dust free aggregate for mortar preparation. ii. Cement to be used shall not be more than one month old. iii. Sample of all materials shall be got approved from the EIC / Competent factory Authority prior to commence the work

M & L for Synthetic enamel two coat painting on steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of new surface one coat of red oxide etc all complete as directed by Eng in Charge. (Make: 1st Quality paint from Asian / Nerolac / Burger) Important Note: Sample of primer & paint shall be got approved from EIC / Competent Factory Authority before use in work.
