Construction of road at Solanki Giri Stationary Gali No-11 in Jacobpura ward no-17, zone-II, under Municipal Corporation Gurugram.

Providing and laying in position sepretion membrance of 125 micron thick impermeable plastic sheet of make IPCL Shivalik or equivalent make in transparent white color over the surface of D.L.C. complete in all respect as per the entire satisfactory of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated ready mixed cement concrete (R.M.C) of grade M-40 with cement content not less then 420 kg/cum imparting minium compressive strength of 40 Mpa at 28 days. For laying on road including the cost of steel from work of steel cost of admixture in recommended proportions (as per IS 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength and durability and including pumping concrete with pumps if required. The ready mix concrete is to be procured from plants of ACC / L & T Birla as approved by Engineer in charge at Delhi or Gurgaon. The finishing of the laid cement concrete with the surface vibrator and mechanical trowel including cost of safety arrangement and chowkidar etc complete in all respect.

Providing and maiking sawcut transverse consturction/ longitudional const. joint as per approved drawing provided at a maximum distance of 4.5 m including the cost of covering of dowel bars with the plastic sheath for at least 60 % of the length from one end. Initially 3 to 45 mm wide cut shall be made after 1 to 2 days upto 1/3rd depth of slab and including cost of scalling temporarly with a jute rope. At the time of sealing of the joint temporary seal shall be taken out and 10 to 12 mm wide grooves shall be made upto a depth of 20mm. Before sealing the joint temprory with jute rope. at the time of sealing temporarily seal shall be taken out and 10 and 12mm wide grooves shall be made upto a depth of 22 mm before sealing the joint 5mm thick compressible de-bonding strips with paper back shall be inserted to the bottom the grooves. The grooves shall be applied slightly at a lower level the slab with tolerance of 2+1 mm complete in all respect as per approved drawing.

Extra for making rough surface of the concrete pavement of providing non slippery surface by mechanical cutter for safe playing of vehicles as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of road gully chamber as per specification.
