Demolition of Lime concrete/ Mud phuska/ PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for renewal including removal of demolished material beyond the Md land to a distance exceeding 500 mtr not exceeding 1.5 KM completed all as specified and directed

M&L 25mm thick (average thickness) plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5mm graded aggregate), mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions as in roof, padding to maintain the uniform slope complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately at supply only rates.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces of roof padding with integral water profing compound as per manufcturers instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates.

M&L for laying APP modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane mineral finish 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt black fineshed over compatible primer @ 0.4 lit/sqm and torch application of membrane with 100mm overlap after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufactureres instructions with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Taking up or down 15mm steel tubing and including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as directed

S&F 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Refixing for 15mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old positions (walls, ceiling, floors etc) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as directed

S&F in 20mm tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed

Refixing for 20mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old positions (walls, ceiling, floors etc) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel tubing and including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as directed

S&F 25mm bore of tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors bore of pipe complete all as specified.

Refixing for 25mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old positions (walls, ceiling, floors etc) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in repairs 15mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia ball valves high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints and hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 finished even smooth without using extra cement complete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated ceiling surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surfaces of wallsand applying two coat of OBD over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed

Dismantling of 1000 ltr water storage tanks and removed to store complete all as specified.

Dismantling of 500 ltr water storage tanks and removed to store complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting and reconnecting and re-fixing in position (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately) Upto 500 ltr capacity tanks all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes with bleaching powder , tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr and n.exc 500 ltr all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 29 above but tank capacity 500 ltr.

Taking down eaves, gutters and rain water pipes including all fittings any size and pattern.

S&F PVC (SWR) 100/110mm bore single socketed pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with pvc clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC(SWR) bend/shoe for 100/110 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 180 mm dia of PVC(SWR) pipes of 6 kg/ sqcm pressure rating , half round ready made eave gutter of approved make including necessary fitting like bend WC/ MS clips etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing loose and broken concrete/plaster by chiselling /picking etc upto a depth of 10 to 20mm from floor/ roof slab/ chajjas/ceiling / walls and similar members cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles including necessary scaffolding etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:2.5) mixed with 3 kg SBR per bag of cement as in ceiling/wall surfaces 10 to 20mm thick in two layers over a coat of bonding agent Nito Bond SBR (1 Ltr SBR + 1 Ltr water + 3 kg cement), including applying two coat of OBD over a coat of primer on finshed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated / semi corrugated) sheet in roof coverings all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering/wall cladding complete all as specified and directed.((Note : height of the bldg truss is upto 6 mtr)

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 0f 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed. Note ; height of the bldg is upto 7 mtrs

S & F 0.50mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting ,in ridges,hips,valley gutters,drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating by manufactureres instruction or directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates,etc all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming tofe -410W (gde E-250) quality all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel in joist ,channel angle or tee section, flat iron fixed independently quality conforming to Fe 410W(Gde-250) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 etc completed all as specified.

Uprooting of vegetation growth, shurbs, small plants and small trees of any size/girth from walls, roof, chajja gutter, up to four storied bldg at any location and position of bldg complete including roots and cleaning the surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:3) with WPC as per manufacturers instructions,. Note :Quoted rate shall deemed to be included WPC

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position

All as per item No 46 above but in fillets rails posts , purlines etc under 40 sq. cm in section

Dismantling Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605 x 605mm and Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F PVC laminated designed (one side PVC lamination and other side aluminium paper) gypsum board 600 X 600 X 8mm thick decorative type fixed in aluminium frame work with screws or nails etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
