M&L for dehydration and filteration of transformer oil of various transformer"s, at site using ON-LINE Ultra High Vacuum portable dehydrating machine to remove moisture and carbon content untill achieve desired dielectric strength not less than 50 KV dielectric strengthin 4mm gap,(oil samples of each transformer and OCB are to be tested before and afer test and test results to be recorded in printed format with embossing date of testing on format and on equipment using synthetic enamel paint and to be produced during claiming RAR's) including disconnecting the HT and LT cables, cleaning the Bus bar surfaces, taking out & refilling oil, and reconnecting the cables by providing copper washers,Bolts,Nuts etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Oil required for topping up shall be measured and paid separately. The quoted rate shall deemed to include testing in oil testing machine. The measured quantity shall be net quantity reused for filling after dehydration having dielectric strength not less than 50 KV in 4mm gap in multipass.

Supply & filling new Transformer oil having Di-electric strength 50 KV with oil testing kit in 4 mm gap,Kinematic viscocity @ 40°C between 9.5-14.5, for topping up to Transformers complete all as specified and as directed( make-Power/Gulf/Insol/Servo)

S & F in replacement of Temperature gauge as per existing type/capacity & make including provision of necessary socket cover,pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for transformer oil level indicator assembly complete with iron frame, glass, rubber packing sheet, nuts, bolts and washers etc as per existing.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Silica gel breather assembly complete unit including Silica gel and taking out the old unserviceable one and providing proper gasket including replacement of corroded pipe connections to breather assembly suitable for transformer of capacity 50 - 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5 her-in-above but for transformer of capacity 400-500 KVA -ditto-

Checking, identifying the defect /faulty point of HT cable using Cable fault locator machine(computarised/primary current injection method) and taking out faulty cables and bricks from the trench upto fault point along cable route and re-laying the same using old bricks & New sand incl returning filling and making good surface as per existing complete all as directed for the following size of cable : 95 sqmm, 3 core Note- (i) Cable fault locator machine with all T&P required for identifying the faulty point will be arrange by contractor and the cost is included in unit rate for finding of fault using cable fault ditector machine. (ii) Earth work, sand filling, returning filling and removing of soil,cable jointing kit(if required),additional length of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

S & Fix in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in single red colour and fixed with M.S clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT pole, of size 25x20cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for spreading crushed/Broken stone ,40mm graded,sand stone aggregated around and under 2 Pole/ 4 Pole structure uniformly levelled in layer n.exc 30cmthick in each layer complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Spread thickness of aggregates shall be measured with deduction of 50% for voids from cubical contents for arriving net quantity.

M & L for complete servicing and calibration of HT 11 KV RMU relays and tripping mechanism for regulating the fault flow (over current,Earth fault,differential) in sequence from down stream 11 KV distribution VCB's to SF-6 Breaker at switch room of receiving station complete and getting tested and certified by the authorised testing agency/maufacturing agency for accuracy for efficient functioning and servicing and cleaning to VCB trolleys 11 KV,3 pole,630 Amps including repairs to manual charging system of vaccum circuit breaker by servicing the charging mechanism(T1) and Operating mechanism (T2) and electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade HT over head line, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and repairs of defective GODswitch, current rating upto200/400 Amps,11000 Volts grade,including merging of insulators and operating mechanism and replacement of Male and Female contact,handle,arching horn and all rusted GI Nuts,Bolts and washers for proper connection of ACSR conductord/Cables and necessary Greasing etc. to make 100% serviceability and proper functioning of GOD switch including taking down of unserviceable insulators of any type and replace with New Insulators (Insulators shall measured and paid separately) and testing after repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 95 sqmm, 3 core incl taking down unsv one complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Specification of cable shall be as under:- (a) Inner sheathing shall be of extruded PVC. (b) Cable shall also be supplied with sequences hall marking at every metre on the luner sheathing. (c) Ultra violet radiation resistance compounded comprising to ASRM-2863 flame netarded as per EIV specification. (d) Anti rodent and antitermite compound added. (e) PVC compounds of various grades as IS-5831. (f) Compaction conductors shall be shaped and arrangement to the same will be on the cable.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in repair in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power UG cables, heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core with and including all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe, bricks for protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A'). M & L for Preparation of surface area of Transformer by removing cleaning of existing painting and removing the dust and dirt,cleaning with sand paper and repainting of transformer 400 KVA indoor/Outdoor type complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer( using spray machine) all as specified and directed (colour of paint to be as per existing colour code norms including necessary Denting/Welding & Writing MES No & SM No with letters 100mm heigh with white Synthetic enamel paintover black coloured surface). complete all as directed & as specified.

Disconnection, taking down, dismantling complete including necessary testing for insulation for up to 200 KVA capacity step down transformer and necessary repair, replacement work as per the following:- (a) Transportation of transformer from Telepara/coochbehar (different Sub Station) to Siliguri/Jalpaiguri workshop for repair and return after repair. (b) Opening top cover carefully without damaging any part and detecting the fault/defects in complete core by testing of LT/HT side. (c) Disconnecting the LT and HT coil and rewinding the same with suitable gauge of super enameled copper conductor as per existing size for the three and four limbs complete.. (d) Heat varnishing by putting the complete limbs/core assembly into heat chamber. (e) Cleaning, decarbonising and dislodging of inner chamber by draining out transformer oil, cleaning all terminal points and leads, explosion vent, silica gel, breather and replacement of unserviceable breather,nut bolt and washers, LV, HV studs, spindles, refilling the container with transformer oil after dehydration/new transformer oil,replacement of cock sheet gasket complete . (f) Replacement of LT, HV terminals and studs complete. (g) Preparation of surface area of Transformer by removing cleaning of existing painting and repainting of transformer complete (after reassembling) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer( using spray machine) all as specified and directed (colour of paint to be as per existing colour code norms including necessary Denting/Welding & Writing MES No & SM No). (h) Reassembling, reinstallation at original location or as directed including restoration of electrical connection, commissioning and testing on load complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :-(i) Supply only for super enameled copper conductor(wire/strip), LV terminals/HV terminals, LV studs/HV studs and other spare parts mentioned under Sl item No-62 shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items hereinafter as supply only. (ii) OLD serviceable Transformer oil shall be reused after dehydration/Filteration with dielectric strength of 50KV with 4mm gap. (iii) Paints, red oxide primer, nuts, bolts, washers etc required for the job shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and these items shall not be measured separately. (iv) Necessary test of above transformer shall be carried out at site as per IS in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Note :-The weight of Copper wire before insulation shall be measured for payment purposes and weight shall be taken in presence of Engineer in charge and duly signed by both the parties on the date of measurement.Entries in Mb shall be Taken accordingly based on the joint measurement sheet duly signed by both the parties.
