Supplying and erecting for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plane surfaces in all floor is with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 gauges a stiffened welded with mixed steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 60.50cm dia spaced at about 9cm center to center and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to13cm dia spaced at75cm center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the RCC works. in GL

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Supplying and laying in flooring with fully polished Sinthetic Grey colour Granite stone of 20mm thick (average) of 4' X 2' in size laid over base layer of cementmortar 1:3 (one cement and three Plastering sand) - 20 mm thick and applying cement slurry &pointed with white cement and colour pigments to the colour of stones and polished neatly as directed by the deparmental officers

Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Painting with Plastic Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm

Supplying and Fixing of 32w LED tupe lights including cost and conveyance and all other charges etc., complete
