Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)Including all leads,lifts and all types of carriages by MT/HL)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Including all leads,lifts and all types of carriages by MT/HL)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)Including all leads,lifts and all types of carriages by MT/HL)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12mm Cement plaster of mix 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing CIB of approved size by way of making foundation in M10, Brickwork in 1:6 cement mortar including plastering with 1:4 cement mortar, painting and writings as per the direction of engineer incharge including all carriages , supply , complete job.
