Complete removal of entire existing water proofing treatment in any position, any thickness including tarfelt, Plaster, lean concrete, gravels etc. and removing the debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone agg) as in padding over roof & chajja (at any respective height of bldg) with using integral water proofing compound as per mfr's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water prooofing measured and paid seperately as "Supply only"

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as "Supply Only"

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Acrylic emulsion polymer of acrylic single component low viscosity polymer for preventing leakages over exisitng/New surface of slab, terrace, exterior, interior wall, Chajjas etc as per following procedure :- (a) Surface & surface preparation : Remove all the loose particles, dirt & dust clean by water, wire brush & mechanical cleaning, grease & oil should be cleaned using solvents, It the surface is previously coated with tar, it should be thoroughtly scraped off. The surface should be dry before application. All the cracks and crevices in the concrete slab to be filled with polyurethene based sealent with and including application of PU based primer complete all as specified and directed. (b) Finish paint : Apply water based polyurethenene modified dispersion (single component cold applied, non toxic, VOC compliant) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same materials after dillution of water at 50 % or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturers specification and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets/AC boards, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c. The Main Runners to be placed @ 1200mm, The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm x 600mm. Additional Cross Tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Grid of module size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 6 mm dia G.I. wire from purlins/soffit. 4mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Designer Ceiling Board (Density>1200 Kg/m3, Modulus of Rupture (M.O.R)-15.85 MPa, Thermal Conductivity(K)-0.0872 W/mK) of size 595mm x 595mm, confirming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336:1993, (Reaction to fire-A2-s1-d0) tested as per EN13501 Part-I & BS-476 Part 4,5,6&7, should be placed in the Grid module to form a False Ceiling. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingle etc. of any size including tilting fillets spaced exc. 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum (manglore pattern) profile sheet zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa, duarable and fine finish, high resistant to corrosion as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Eaves/weather boarding with 20mm thick fibre cement board (Non asbestos) and fixed with self drilling and tapping screws of CSK head and joints finished with jointing compound and fibre tape as per manufacturer's instructions complete of approved arch pattern, size, colour and shape including dismantling of old boarding/eaves board fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel rolled sections conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250)quality 'A', as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats and other connecting plates etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work of grade Fe-290 (Grade E-165) in bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes including bolts, if required, clamps, hold fasts, wind ties and similar small articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete removal & applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre / 10Sqm over Old/new surfaces of wall with necessary scaffolding required for painting work, safety measures etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 2 mm thick wall care putty (water proof) on old/new walls internally complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distpemper over a coat of primer on Old/New surfaces of wall ncluding preparation of plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing wall with textured interior paint of required shade (appd by Engr-in-Charge/GE(I) : New work (Two or more coats applied @3.28 ltr/10 Sqm) over and including priming coat of interior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 0.9 mm thick decorative laminate type 1, of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesives as per manufacturer's instructions to existing flush shutters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail;but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Brass CP mixer of bore dia 25 mm including connection pipes for mixing hot or cold water screwed down for uPVC/iron pipe and fixed complete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Hand shower (health faucet) (ABS Chromium plated) with 8mm dia, 1.2 mtr long flexible tube and wall hook complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for vitreous china coloured wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) cascade type ‘P’ trap, in built seat cover and flushing cistern, low level, valveless, symphonic action type complete with inlet ball valve, float and handle complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 35 mm 2nd class hardwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.
