M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slop of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 6 mm thick joints through out the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes in any position and set in cement morter 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waist form work to soffits of suspended slabs, beam, chajja, shelves, pillars/post etc n.exc.200mm thick complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course , coping, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire, any type and in any positions complete all as spd and directed

S&F galvanised stand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbes at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire stapples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.(each line of wire to be measured seperately)

S&F MS work as in fencing posts angle iron/Tee section, drilled and countersunk for bolusters 8dia and over running bars, including embeding in concrete and scuring etc, post and struts in fencing including cuting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets, (for securing wire mesh etc,) holding pr riveting etc, and similer work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Re-fixing only posts and struts of any size and length n.exc 4mtr each to fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets/R.C.C posts including all necessary driling,bolting or riveting, etc and similar work all as directed

Supply only MS galvanised fencing of any size or type of mesh all as pecified and approved by GE. Note :- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained through a BOO by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire.

S & F MS screwd bolt (machine made) hexagonal/squre headsat one end and sed the others, for screwd or both ends, each screwed and ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal/square nut, not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Use and waste of form work to rough finished surfaces of concrete as in foundations, footings, beams, columns, shelves, chajja etc complete all asspecified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling, interlocking paver block/chequered cement concrete tiles including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed

M & L for Hardcore of gauge exc. 63 mm but not exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulder complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc all as directed. .

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with gray cement and pigment, set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming toIS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade with gray cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25 cm all as directed.

Cleaning of existing sewage line 150 mm internal dia at any depth incl manholes by removing the manholes covers of any type/ size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine/ manually bamboo rodding as required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning incl getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer line and removing the solids and sludge to at distance not exceeding 250m and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including excavation and earth work and reinstating the manhole covers in its original position and as directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note:- Cleaning of existing sewage pipe line / manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicle / trailers / manually by bamboo rodding available in the market and dispose off effluent out side the defence land .Rates for these effects deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No 67 here in before but 200 mm internal dia .

Cleaning the blockage of bathroom/kitchen by cleaning the nahani traps / gully traps of all the mud / sludge and getting out washing throughly traps, CI waste pipe by opening the cleaning eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 250m from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the blockage of WC indian or European type by removing of all the mud / sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto first manholes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 250m from the WC and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the manhole covers (CI or RCC) any type or shape and desludging / dewatering of septic tank,Manhole and soakage well of upto 1.5mtr depth by mechanical pumping/ manually by plugging inlet as required, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -in- charge including carrying the effluent and reinstating the manholes cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cleaning of septic tank/ soakage wells/ manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicle / trailers available in the market and dispose effluent out side the defence land .Rates for these effects deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Cleaning and desludging of existing septic tanks / sump well/ deep manholes exc 1.5 mtr and n exc 3mtr deep including taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment including removal of sludge and other foreign materials out side the MD land by any means complete (working in foul condition) all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Cleaning of septic tank/ soakage wells/ manholes by suitable suction pump loaded vehicle / trailers available in the market and dispose effluent out side the defence land .Rates for these effects deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

NOTE:-(i) Contractor's supervisor will report on all working days along with minimum 02 safaiwala at 0830 hrs at B/R maintainance cell to receive complaint for blockage and to submit completion report on same day by 1700 hrs. (ii) Printed complaint slip Area wise as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided and maintained by contractor. Cost for the same shall deemed inclusive in the quoted rate. (iii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to incl the cost of adequate T&P, equipment,safety device etc alongwith sufficient labour to full fill the requirement to the entire satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. Any dispute related to above shall be resolved by Garrison Engineer and his decision shall be final, binding and conclusive. (iv) If there is any major blockage in sewer line for which additional Safaiwalas and special T&P is required same shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt there fore contractor is advice to visit the site before quoting the rate in tender. (v) All sewage blokage complaint must be attended within 24 hrs. any sewage blokage complaint is not clear within 24hr (except and otherwise few major/ Difficult complaint prior intimation/ notice to GE/ Engr In Charge) compensation of Rs.500/- per Day per complaint shall be charged from contractor work done without any prior notice based on Job card i.e. user satisfaction. (vii) Attendance register would be maintained by Engr-in-charge in presence of contractor on each day for making the payment / recovery as per attendance.
