SPECIAL REPAIR TO CONVERSION OF MAIN WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE FROM CI TO DI NEAR 12 RO MH A MESS AND B MESS AREA AT RMS

Taking up CI/DI/GI water main 200 mm dia bore (including all fittings), with spigot and socketed ends jointed with run lead joints including burning out lead of joints and collecting run lead etc complete all as specified and as directed :- (Note :-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

All as per item No 1 (here-in-before) but of size 150 dia mm bore.

Supply and laying Centrifugally Ductile iron pipe (Class K-9) spigot and socket end with all fittings complete in trenches incl taking down old U/s pipe line of 200 mm dia etc complete all as specified and as directed . Note : For Branch Connection fittings such as (union, Tees , bends, nipples, sockets, elbows etc), welding work and earth work as required at site will be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

All as per item No 3.00 (here-in-before) but size 150 dia mm bore.

M&L for Ductile iron pipe Fittings upto 300mm bore (Class K-9) for spigot and socket or flange pipes, such as bends (any type radius and angle) Tappers (any type straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.). Tee pieces (any type), single branch, Y junction. double branch, cross etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & Labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal dimension 0.9M x 0.9M x 0.9M complete with MS angle iron frame work (angle iron size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm) and 3.15 mm thick MS black sheet top cover openable through hinges of suitable size including necessary earth work, PCC, locking arrangement,rendering complete with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all iron surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F sluice valve flanged type (PN:1.6) with brass spindle suitable for CI/DI pipe line including all jointing materials such as washers, nut bolts, rubber packing etc and testing complete all as specified ISI marked incloding taking out old sluice valve for 200 mm dia sizes etc complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No 7.00 (here-in-before) but size 150 dia mm bore

M & L for PCC work (1:3:6) Type D-2 (using 40mm Graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete, sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for boring under/cutting of existing road/cement concret/butuminous road of size not less than 0.6m for laying of GI/CI/DI pipe & making good to the disturbed surface by providing PCC or Same material After laying of pipe line and returning filling of soil etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of pipes and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning, filling , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where as directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed .
