Taking down old unserviceble carefully aluminum point wiring (Light/Fan/Socket/power) complete including wooden batten / pvc conduit surface wiring as per site fixtures such as switches , ceiling roses , pendents , regulators , sockets etc., and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floors etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through in and including non metallic rigid medium grade PVC conduit on surface wiring with all accessories alongwith fixing arrangements in walls , roofs , floors etc., and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly providing new steel terminal boxes with new 3 mm thick hylum sheet top cover to accommodate switches, fan regulators, sockets, socket outlets, etc, all as specified and as directed for One light point controlled by one switch.

Colour code shall be strictly followed for wiring Red/Yellow/Blue colour for Phase, black colour for neutral and green colour for earthwire. 2. Copper lugs to be used wherever required in the wiring strictly 3. Earth wire to be run independently from MCB's to switch boards and also switch board switch to light fitting points/ Fan points/ socket points etc.

Supply and fix Switch piano flush type single pole one way 5 Amps, 230 V complete all as specified

Supply and fix Bell push 5 Amps 230 Volts complete all as as specified.

Supply and fix socket outlet 2 in 1 , 5 pin, 5 Amps, flush type, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Switch socket combination 6 pin, 15 Amps, flush type universal complete all as specified

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface PVC / polycarbonate isolated body with three terminals all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stepped dimmer (socket) type electronic fan regulator 5 step speed control for fans all as specified and as directed. Make :- Legrant/Crompton/Havells/Bajaj/Orient.

Supply and fix Call bell 230 volts single pole A/C fancy type Ding Dong bell complete all as specified and directed Make for Srl No 8 to 12 and 14 : Anchor/Craftree/Legrand/ Havells.

M/L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0mmdia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt I. The work is inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber in type CI (1:2:4) with 8 CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm bents to centre complete including taken out old earthing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The quoted rate is deemed to be included for watering pipe of 20mm dia medium grade upto 2.0 mtr length, earth wire in and including earth wire protection pipe of 15 mm dia light grade upto 7.5 mtr lenth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2. All items as applicable for BOQ item No 2 to 15 shall be purchased from original manufactures/ authorized ditributor/ dealers and purchase vouchers duly defaced/signed by contractor, JE and Engineer-in-charge to be submitted to E-8 section along with RAR for their verification, scrutiny, passing of bill and future reocrd purpose.
