Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure and all type of on classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera as per drawings and technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantium of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 ( One cement :four sand:eight graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty Millimeter) nominal size in or under wateror ground complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802.803.1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge ,including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (earth work for cutting involved for subgrade to be paid separately( depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD., specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ,including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Consolidation of sub grade with power 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne capacity road roller including making good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetra and re-rolling the sub grade completed as per HP.PWD., specifications as per the entire satisfication and direction of the Engineer-in-charge,including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification clause for grading I material including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing , laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/ base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100KN (Eighty to hundred kilo newton) capacity to achieve the desired density including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per tables 400.11 & 400.12 and technical specification clause 406. including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43(forty three ) grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M-30(grade) cement contents not less than 400 ( four hundred kilogram) kg per cubic metre coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383 (three hundred eighty three ) maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm (twenty five millimetre ) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum.capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side form work (Steel channel laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five ) micron thick polyhene film wedges ,steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels rakes compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion , construction joint applying debonding strips ,primer,sealant dowels bars near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved curring of concrete slabs 14(fourteen) days using compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1501 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential.
