Sch 'A' Part-I (Earth Work and Demolition work)

Surface Excavation n exc 30cm deep ad averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft and loose soil complete all as specifed and directed.

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil(Except rock) not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.50 m depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil(Except rock) not exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.50 m depth, not exc 3.00 m depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick in each layer of solid complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/loose soil incl returning filling in ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25cm, and removing surplus excavted soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point and making good surface.

Sch 'A' Part-II (B/R Work)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of in foundation, filling and mass concrete, sub-base to flooringType D2, 1:4:8 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed

M& L for Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more Steel reinforcement of any dia in main reinforcement, stirrups, spacers and binders etc. for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing cracking, bending soirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securong with clips complete all as specifed and directed. M&L for brick work with old size burnt clay bricks, sub class B, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radium built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filing in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exe. 15 cm thick, spread , levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Compacted thickness shall be measured for payment. (ii) Consolidation shall be carried out in layers not exe in 15 cm each.

M& L for Hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm and n exc 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specifed and directed.

M &L 75 mm thick PCC (1 :4:8) type D2 using 40mm agg as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying in 25 mm thick position cement concrete of in foundation, filling and mass concrete, sub-base to flooringType B-1(1:2:4), using 25 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specifed and directed

Material and labour for First quality Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles (color and pattern decided by GE) jointless, 7-8 mm thick of size as decided by GE laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) and including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tilescomplete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor shall submit original purchase voucher, The engr-in-charge shall deface the voucher and fwd for claiming payment. The non-submission may lead to non-payment.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured designer concept tiles matching with existing tile 350x250x7 or 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick recuing in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in path , plinth protection and paving laid in panels finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The groove demarcating panels shall be filled with hot blown bitumen

M&L 15mm thick rendering other then fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 marble chipping 5 to 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water (mixed with H2SO4 @ 5% scrubbing and washing shall continue till the stone chipping are sufficiently exposed to its natural colour) to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L 'Forming groove of uniform size of 15 x15 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge :

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete/gunniting surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth w/o using extra complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying applying two coats of distemper with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over and including one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white washing on new plaster wall surface over primer including preparation of plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces & applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete as spd & directed

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms /Sqm ) over and including a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @1.20 Kg /Sqm over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using liquid water proofing compound as per manufatures instructions over and including PCC 1:2:4, type B0 by using 10/12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in padding/mass concrete and haunching in required slope to avoid any logging of water on dry and clean surfaces including demolition of existing treatment of APP/Mud Phuska/BrickTile etc. and stacking the same at the location specified by GE at distance n.exe 100 m along with cleaning of surface with water jet and preparing the surface by rubbing with wire brush all as specified & directed. Note : 1. The poding test shall be carried out before application of aluminum paint. 2. The two coat of Aluminum painting over APP shall be carried out. The cost of the same shall be included in quoted rate. 3. The contractor shall submit Purchase voucher of APP, Aluminum Paint to GE for claiming payment. The same shall be fwd to office of Accepting officer along with final bill.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and fastening and fixing complete FE 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directe. Note:- The contractor shall submit original purchase voucher, The engr-in-charge shall deface the voucher and fwd for claiming payment. The non-submission may lead to non-payment.

S&F 35mm thick factory made IInd Class Hard wood panelled door shutters single panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. marine grade plywood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710 or 12mm thick particle board veneered with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8a and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing sliding aluminium work for frame/shutter/fixed portions of doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per specified and directed. S&F 5.5 mm thick plain glass not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed to aluminium door/ windows and iron frame complete all as specified & directed .

S & F stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching wood/alumium beading and fixed with tinned tacks to stainless steel screws etc complete all as specified & directed

Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges of size 150x75x4 mm powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any tpe) work (tablee rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cment (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M &L 100 mm thick PCC (1 :4:8) type D2 using 40mm agg as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The copy of PV of tiles shall be submitted by contractor for claiming payment in RAR. Non-submission may lead to non-payment. (ii) The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificate at the time of sample approval. IF the Paver block is not of make listed in PS, the GE shall carry out sample approval of any ISI marked Paver block subject to independednt Testing of block. (the cost of independednt testing shall be borne by the contractor).

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

S&F Machine pressed PCC pre-painted interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry,including dismantalling tiles of any thickness laid dry complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The copy of PV of paver block shall be submitted by contractor for claiming payment in RAR. Non-submission may lead to non-payment. (ii) The contractor shall submit manufacturer test certificate at the time of sample approval. S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 Complete all as specified & directed. S&F framed work as in gusset plate for framed truss, rafters, rails braces etc complete, drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges or steel hanging door fitting etc with welded, riveted or bolted of Fe-410 Gde 250A complete all as specified and as directed. M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay or fixing or passing in replacement through pipe cable XLPE (FRLS) with aluminium conductor with heavy duty stranded 1100 volts size of 50 Sqmm 4 Core. Note:- XLPE insulated PVC sheathing (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working pressure up to and including 1100 volts to IS-7098 (Part-I) for PVC insulated cables with following features (a) Cable shall have fire retarded low smoke (FRLS) compound added to it in the out sheathing as per IEC 754(part-I) IEC-60332 part-2 IFEE 383 ASTM 2x43 and ASTM 2X63 flame retardant compound (PR) as per EIC specification. (b) Inner sheathing shall be of extruded PVC. (c) Heat resisting PVC shall also be added to extrude inner and outer sheathing (d) Cable shall also be supplied with sequences hall marking at every meter as the outer sheathing. M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of LT underground cable including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks, locally available of size 23x11.5x7.5 CM (+8% tolerance) in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L complete for drilling hole under hard standing /road for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of manual buckle and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI tube light grade 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
