Supply and fixing Ceiling Fan complete with and including blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CMM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: cable for Electrical connection shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item no.4.00 of BOQ.

Supply & Fixing exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: cable for Electrical connection shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item no.4.00 of BOQ.

Supply and fixing Exhaust fan of size 450mm sweep steel body Heavy duty ,AC single Phase. 230V with and including blades and frame and louvers including making exhaust hole outlet way on wall as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: cable for Electrical connection shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item no.4.00 of BOQ.

Supply and fixing of PVC insulated, unseathed multistranded, three core twisted copper flexible cable of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for fan point / Exhaust fan controlled by one switch (using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding) point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross section area ) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked ) drawn into existing conduit and connecting with existing CI/ Pressed steel terminal boxes with and including 3.00mm thick hylam brand IS-2036 marked, laminated top sheet cover for mounting switches,sockets, fan regulators etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type, single pole,one way, 5 Amps ISI mark, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose 3 plate flush type 6 Amp 250V AC topline series with polycarbonate 20mm X 50 mm two to three terminal, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing / installation of storage type water heater (Geyser) electrical operated 230/240 Volts , 25 ltr capacity, BEE 5 star rated conforming to ISI complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for fixing of 4 Nos. rawl plug of suitable size (4"-6") nuts & bolts, grouting work in RCC/Brick wall, cemented works labour charges for cutting to exisiting GI pipe line of size 15 mm dia in position for insertion of tee or branch connection jointing complete with necessary GI fittngs, plumbing work all as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour with proper colour coding for Sub main wiring with two single core of size 4 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium quality of size 25 mm dia conforming to 3537 Part-I ISI marked including all fitting such as Tee, Elbow, bend etc and including one single core of size 4 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade as in contineous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. (Colour code phase-Red, Neutral-black and Earth as Green) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. .Notes:-(a) Cost of PVC conduit medium quality of size 25 mm dia , conduit accessories and earth wire included in sub main wiring. (b) Three single core 4 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing (concealed in wall or as directed) single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure (geyser Box) with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 25 Amps, 240 volts, AC supply, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 15mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed both end for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing 450 mm long PVC connections Hot and Cold suitable for geyser connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
