Providing hard murum side shoulder including supplying hard murum at the road site, including spreading and compacting for sidewidth layers on each side with power roller including artificial watering etc complete.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by flames in boiler and spraying bitumen set footed in bitumen boiler on Black Top surface at 2.50 Kilogram per 10 Square Metre using Viscosity grade-30 grade bulk bitumen.

Providing and laying Bituminious Macadam using crushed aggregate of grading 2, premixed with bituminious binder, transported at site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired density for 50/75 millimetre compacted thickness with using Drum Mix type hot mix plant with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, having complying essential features of hot mix plant as per IRC-27:2009 specified conditions and attachments such as electronic load sensor based belt conveyers, automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate fedder, built in dust controller system and Programmable Logic Controller for Drum Mix plant, Sensor Paver and Vibratory Roller excluding prime/Tack coat complete with Viscosity grade -30 grade Bitumen of dose 3.40 percent.

Providing and Laying Open Graded premix surfacing 20 millimetre thickness composed of 13.2 millimetre to 5.6 millimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction,using Viscosity grade -30 Bitumen,including providing and laying seal coat, sealing voids in a bituminious surface laid to the specified level and cross fall using Type”A”seal coat but excluding prime / tack coat, using Bitumen Viscosity grade -30 bulk bitumen, drum mix type hot mix plant with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition using Ordinary Paver, with Vibratory roller.

Providing and fixing Mix-15 Reinforced Cement Concrete guard stone boundary stone of standard size and shape including fixing in block of standard size of 1:4:8 cement concrete,white washing complete .

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete 200 metre stone as per Indian Road Congress standard including fixing in block of cement concrete 1:4:8,painting lettering complete.

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ordinary kilometre stones including painting,numbering as per Indian Road Congress design for major district road kilometre stone and fixing in standard size cement concrete 1:4:8 block complete.

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete 5th kilometre stones on major district road including painting ,numbering as per Indian Road Congress design kilometre stone and fixing in standard size cement concrete 1:4:8 block complete.

Providing and fixing Cautionary/Warning sign boards in Equilateral Triangle size of 600 millimetre made out of 1.5 millimetre aluminum sheet bonded with white retro reflective sheeting of Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive retoreflective specified back ground, border and back side retoreflctive symbols, letters, numerals, arrow as per Indian Road Congress:67-2012 Table No 8.3 Supported with back support frame 25 millimetre x 25 millimetre x 3 millimetre, duly painted on back side with grey stove enamel paint and supported on one numberof mild steel angle iron post of size 65 millimetre x 65 millimetre x 6 millimetre, 3.45 metrelong, duly painted with with flat oil paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including Galvanised Iron fixtures etc. fixing the boards in Mix-25 grade concrete block of size 60 centimetre x 60 centimetre x 75 centimetre including transportation etc. complete. Class B ( Type IV High intensity micro-prismatic grade sheeting-HIP) shall have 7 years written warranty from the manufacturer and authorised distributor/convertor issued for field performance including the screen printed areas and cut-out sheeting and cut-out durable transparent overlay film and this warranty certificate in original should be submitted to the Engineer in charge by the contractor/supplier.

Trimming of grass, shurbs and weeds from the shoulders/ berms and disposing off the same to suitable locations complete.

Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compacting to not less than 97% of standard proctor density for a lead of over 50 metre to 300 metre inclusive from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 millimetre thick including reflectorizing glass beads at 250 grams per square metre area, thickness of 2.50 millimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Road Congress:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-3 class of 600 millimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.
