Construction of RI Office cum Residence Building at Pachikote under Vyasanagar Tahasil in the District of Jajpur

Ground Floor Earth work in excavation of foundation & plinth in all kinds of soil including all leads and lifts with leveling , dressing the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with cost of all labours & T.&P. etc. complete , as per direction of E.I.C Centre Line Method

Providing filling manually with selected sand layers not exceeding 150 mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts etc. for finished items of works including all cost, conveyance, taxes, royalities with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete in prop ( l:3:6 ) in foundation using 4cm size hard granite metal of approved quality and from the approved quarry including hoisting,lowering,laying, concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with all cost,conveyance,taxes,royalities with all labour and T&P etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

C.C. ( 1:2:4 ) using 20mm down grade size crusher chips quarried & free from weathered skin of approved quality including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level compacting in layers and finishing the exposed surface

RCC work M20 of prop ( l:l.5:3 ) using 12mm size hard granite brocken chips of approved quality and from the approved quarry including hoisting ,lowering, laying and compacting concrete to necessary slope and smoothness watering,curing centearing , shuttering with all cost, conveyance, taxes ,royalities with all labour and T&P etc.complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
