Material and Labour for taking down , chipping and removing the loose, spilt damage cement concrete, cement mortar surface of RCC columns, beams,walls,chajjah etc and exposing the reinforcement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned rebar surface wash the rebar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coat of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surface and finally providing ready mix polymer plaster and finally finishing the surface complete all as specified and directed. Make: Dr. fixit/Sunanda/Chemestik/Fosrok as aproved Note:- New reinforcement and MS section will be measured and paid separately.

Make: Dr. fixit/Sunanda/Chemestik/Fosrok as aproved Note;- New reinforcement and MS section will be measured and paid separately. (rates quoted shall be including jacketing,formwork and micro concrete).

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of 10mm dia and above appropriate size where 30% of cross section in reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing additional main steel bars of stirrups of 8mm dia bars of designed diameter in various structure element like column beam and foundation includind drilling, bending and fixing thebars with epoxy putty etc, complete all as specified and directed (steel provided on the basis of 1% of volume of concrete.)

Material and Labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the carck with a liberal application of the epoxy putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (approved make) & migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency ,Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled complete all as specified and as directed. Make / brand of Epoxy grout - Dr. Fixit Epoxy injection or EPCO KP-HP-250 of M/s Krishna Conchem or Shaligrout EI of STP Ltd.

Material and Labour for Injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including,Mixing of materialas:Mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting:Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT or Ferogard 903. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressureat exit(2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles and including scafolding upto any height complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment upto concrete surface of roof slab including cleaning wire brushing watering removal of debris uotp 15km distance as directed by EIC complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof /chajja padding for maintaning roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying oil bound primer @ 0.40 lit/sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 kg/lit degree celcius on the prepared dry roof surface and provided and lay 4mm thick APP modified WPC membrane reinforced with non wooven polyster matt, the laying shall be done through authourized applicator of manufacturer. providing over the membrane finishing with two coat of solar effective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10kg/sqm as per prescription by manufacturer of membrane including ten year guarantee all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Rate inclusive of taking down and re fixing of existing lightning arrestor system including provision of new PCC block for damage PCC block and disconnecting water tank,water connection pipe and refixing the same complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and smooth and fair including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of ISI marked complete all as specified & directed

Material and Labour for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/ J hooks and including scafolding upto any hieght complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 1.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet as valley gutter fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangement over MS brackets trapezoidal shape of required profile with describe slope etc fixed with self tapping screw/j hooks and including scafolding upto any height completye all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for new or previously untreated surfaces of any description & applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint of over one coat of primer on wall/roof complete all as specified and directed
