Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT cable, XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of cross sectional area 120 sqmm, 3.0 core confirming to IS specification includding taking out old unsv HT cable and cable cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying/ removing of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning for underground cable, 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable with clean dry river sand as specified in SSR to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layers in trenches including spreading, levelling etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only will be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI Marked, conforming to IS-5820 (Latest Edition), class HV, type-1, flat of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for protection of HT cable laid flat length wise prependicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for opening of HT, 11KV, 630/ 1250 Amp, VCB front and back side complete after taking shutdown HT breaker, Timing test, CRM test, insulation resistance test, calibration test, check motor charge mechanism, potential transformer resistance measurment, checking control power cable connection, cleaning the dusting inside & out side of VCB, greasing, oiling the mechanical parts and relay setting of VCB and Complete servicing and testing overload relay, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, indication lamp and all the protective equipment inside the VCB to be serviced and working properly with necessary replacement of defective equipments complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE: (i) Spare parts if replace will be measured and paid separately as supply only. unit rate for fixing of the spare parts shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted against this item. (ii) The testing instrument whatever required will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (iii) Servicing/ maintenance of VCBs shall be carried out by authorised service centre/ agency/ rep of OEM approved by GE. (iv) The test reports shall be submitted by the contractor.

M&L for setting of 3 phase over current + earth fault relays by secondary injection of current with suitable equipment for over current & earth fault with high set and low set including necessary checking of trip circuit, relay circuit, closing circuit, alarm circuit, DC supply circuit, AC supply circuit and repair of same as required for 11 kV VCB after disconection of incoming and out going HT XLPE cable connection and reconnection of cable ends at existing terminals after completion of relay setting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of swaged pole by scrapping the existing deteriorated alumininum paint by iron brushing and painting of steel tubular poles of 11.0 metre length- Two pole structure with one coat of metal primer and two coats of aluminium paint over exposed portion of pole above PCC coping including cross arms, angles, nut, bolts, clamps and providing reflective strips of 10 cm width upto a height of 1.2 meter from ground level in alternate yellow and black colour around the pole and marking pole number at appropriate height with letters of size 5 cm height and 5 mm width of shade and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of lead acid battery, maintenance free, of capacity 12 Volt 80 Ah, alongwith battery charger similar to existing sample complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for opening of top cover by unscrewing all nuts, bolts and washers for replacement of transformer HT/LT bushing, cleaning conservator, Oil leakage through pin hole/ crack joint, drain valve/ radiator valve, gasket joints applying putty/ M-Seal Monoplast where ever necessary and refixing the top cover and all fitments cable termination of the HT & LT ends and testing for transformer capacity 250 to 1600 KVA indoor/ outdoor type complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Repair works carried out by authorized agent of manufacturer of transformer. (ii) Spare parts of transformer shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of these schedule as 'supply only' items and labour element involved for replacing the same shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer against this item.

Supply only HT porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV grade complete with brass rod & rubber bush, for 250 to 1600 KVA capacities of transformer.

Supply only LT bushing suitable for 1100 volts grade complete with brass rod & rubber bush for the rating 250 to 1600 KVA indoor/outdoor transformer.

Equipment & labour for filtration and dehydration of transformer oil and removing sludge by continuous circulation through filtration plant with strip heater and improvement of dielectric strength to minimum 40 KV at 4 mm gap of electrode for 125 KVA to 1600 KVA capacities of transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) Filtration/ dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at the location where transformer is installed and necessary instruments shall be brought at site by the contractor. (b) During the process of filtration, transformer will be on load condition.

M&L for Topping up/ replacement of transformer oil with new transformer oil suitable for working voltage 11000 volts grade, including necessary dehydration to achieve dielectric strength min 40 KV at 4 mm gap transformer for various capacities of transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (a) New transformer oil to be brought by the contractor in sealed (ISI marked) container with original test certificate. (b) The old unserviceable oil shall be offered under schedule of credit. (c) Filtration and topping up transformer shall be done by authorised agent/ dealer of manufacturer of transformer.

Supply and replacement of silica gel grains in the breather assembly of transformers of various capacities complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of breather assembly of size 50 mm dia, min 250 mm long for transformer of various capacities complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of transformer temperature gauge, dial type, having temperature range 0 to 120˚C complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of transformers of capacity 630-1600 KVA and painting of transformer outer surface with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of transformers of capacity 100-500 KVA and painting of transformer outer surface with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT 11 KV, outdoor type, gang operated air-break switch, suitable for horizontal/ vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulator of rating 400 Amps (One GOD will fix on Existing Four pole structure) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Lightening arresters, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, of discharge capacity 65 KA on 11000 volts complete inclusive all necessary fixing arrengements all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for fault finding of HT, 11KV cable by using cable fault dectector machine and other necessary T&P, finding out the spot of cable fault and marking on ground for any size and length of cable, after pointing of fault location nessesary excavation and taking out of faullty cable for repair/ replacement of joint, relaying of cable with protection including refilling of soil and removal of surpuls soil etc at command hospital area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1. Fault dectector and other necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department. 2. The joint shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. 3. Fault should be detected and rectified within 24 hrs from intimation to contractor failing which a penalty at the rate of 500 per hour shall be made from the contractor dues.

Taking down old jumper connection of 4 pole structure from line/ AB/ DO & re-fixing complete with suitable size new ACSR conductor, including line tap, lugs & PVC pipe sleeve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old jumper connection of 2 pole structure from line/ AB/ DO & re-fixing complete with suitable size new ACSR conductor, including line tap, lugs & PVC pipe sleeve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm, buried directly in ground, connected to galvanized earth lead strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia, light grade, GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe, medium grade, 20 mm dia GI tubing, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates), 50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made out of 10 mm dia round bar including galvanised strip of size 32mm x 6mm for extension of earth lead and necessary excavation, earth work in soft/ loose soil and disposal of spoils to a distance not exceeding 50 metre including necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, 2009 and all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable earth plate with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE : The unit rate shall be deemed to include earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI strip 32 x 6 mm and fixed complete as earthing lead complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying in repair synthetic rubber insulated mats, 2.5 mm thick for 11 kv for electrical purpose conforming to IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety complete of sizes 1 meter x 10 meter, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying in repair synthetic rubber insulated mats, 2.5 mm thick for 11 kv for electrical purpose conforming to IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safet complete of size 1 meter x 2 meter, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for opening of HT RMU, compact, outdoor type, cleaning the dusting inside & out side, decarbonising the contact and applying greasing/ oiling for the mechanical parts including replacement of the defective items as following:- (a) Replacement of indicating lamps. (b) Replacement of internal wiring for indicating lamps. (c) Replacement of wiring for tripping coil. (d) Testing of CT&PT with injection kit. (e) Complete servicing and testing of RMU, check control cable connection, check power cable connection, checking gas pressure in RMU, checking Earth fault relay, Over load relay, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, indication lamp, over load triping setting and all the protective equipment inside the RMU to be serviced and working properly with necessary replacement of defective equipments complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Informatory LED Glow sign display board for electric installatiin with all necessary electrical wiring and connection, size 4.50 Metre x 1.40 Metre made out of 3 mm thick acrylic sheet, duly supported with MS sheet from the back side and stiffened with angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 4 mm to withstand wind pressure, fitted with and including 2 nos of 20 Watt LED batten lights and fixed on walls complete including taking down old U/S any type of sign board and from any position complete all as per ground requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
