Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan /air circulating fan/wall fan of any size or of any make from any locations (OTM/Md Accn) under GE (East) Agra by disconnection eletric connection, cleaning the fan box area, bringing to AGE E/M Yard and refixing at the desired location after reassembling and removing of burnt out windings (copper/aluminium), servicing/ overhauling by thouroghly cleaning the shaft,rotor,stator and applying lubricant/ grease to bearings and one coat of super enamelled varnish over winding to improve the insulation resistance including repair /replacement of spare parts/ material/items,making connection by replacing PVC insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor of size 1.50 Sqmm upto 0.50 Mtr length including using minor sparte/parts such as screws, insulation tape, split pins etc after cleaning the metal surface, greasing/lubricant etc to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) PVC copper flexible wire 1.50 Sqmm three core, nut bolts, washers, screws, capacitor clamp, warnishing included in the quoted rate. (ii) Other connected items required like re-winding, painting, capacitors, Bearings, Bush, Canopy,down rods, hanging clamps, nut & Bolts etc will be measured and paid sperately under respective items. (iii) Total service time from taking down to rehanging must not exceed 03 Days . (iv) Cost of T&P & transportation including taking down and re-fixing are included in the quoted rate

M & L for re-winding of ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep which of copper winding with proper grade/guage super enamelled copper winding wire so as to achieve original specifications i.e current rating and RPM (RPM test of ceiling fan with suitable tachometer will be done by contractor and shown to deptt , tachometer will be provided by contractor at their own expense) and all insulating materials (spares will be used and measure in respective items) and reasembling etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Sr No 22 to 26 : :- (i) The fans should be re-winded either of existing copper/ aluminium wounded. Schedule of credit deducted as per the burnt out winding (copper/aluminium). (ii) Before winding of fans winding to be cut in front of Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Under defect liability period, in case winding or any accessory i.e capacitor, regulator becomes non functional, it will be repaired without any extra cost within 05 days of complaints received.)

Note :- (i) The contractor will collect the complaint slip at 9 am from the AGE E/M office and will ensure that the unserviceable ACs are rectified within 24 hours of receiving of complaints. (ii) If contractor fails to make ACs serviceable even within 48 hrs time then panel recovery of 500/- per day for each complaint will be made from contrator dues. (iii) The contractor will detail one rerigeration mechanicand one helper for AC complaints on a daily basis. (iv)The contractor will detail one refrigeration mechanic and helper for all other summer cooling appliances on a daily basis. (v) No absentee of refrigeration mechanic and helper will be permissible beyond one day and subjected to a recovery of 500 per day from contractor dues.
