Annual operation and maintenance contract of STP at Goa Airport for the year 2022-24

Annual operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant on round the clock ( in 3 shifts per day) including Saturday, Sunday and other holidays at Goa International Airport by deploying most suitable manpower as follows: a.) Operator (skilled)-1 No in each shift b.) Helper (Semi-Skilled)-1 No in each shift The maintenance shall include carrying out preventive maintenance (refer Preventive Maintenance Schedule) and breakdown maintenance including providing consumables, tools and plants etc as required.

Carrying out water sample testing of treated water of Sewage Treatment Plant from Govt. Lab/NABL accredited labs as per the latest norms of Government and submission of report on monthly basis.

Rewinding of following Monoblock /submersible/ sewage / screw/dosing pump motors etc. including all other Associated works like Bearing replacement, Shaft works, metalling and machining etc. complete as required. Work to be carried out on as and when required.

Servicing, overhauling and repairing of 15 HP, 450-500 M3/hr Capacity of Twin lobe rotary Air blower, Make- Beta Maschinenfabrik having discharge pressure 0.4kg /cm2, 'V' belt or flexible couple drive, 15HP foot mounted induction motor, TEFC, 1500 RPM 415 + 10% volts, 3 phase, 50Hz as required. Work to be carried out on as and when required.

Servicing, overhauling and repairing of 15 HP, 450-500 M3/hr Capacity of Twin lobe rotary Air blower, Make- Rootech Root Blowers having discharge pressure 0.4kg /cm2, 'V' belt or flexible couple drive, 15HP foot mounted induction motor, TEFC, 1500 RPM 415 + 10% volts, 3 phase, 50Hz as required. Work to be carried out on as and when required.

Servicing , overhauling and repairing of 5HP, 100-150 M3/hr Capacity of Twin lobe rotary Air blower, Make- Rootech Root Blowers having discharge pressure 0.6 kg /cm2, 'V' belt or flexible couple drive, 5HP foot mounted induction motor, TEFC, 1500 RPM 415 + 10% volts , 3 phase, 50Hz including gear ,bearing replacement works, greasing etc.as required. Work to be carried out on as and when required.

Supply of 'V' belts for 15 HP, 450-500 M3/hr Capacity of Twin lobe rotary Air blower, Make- Beta Maschinenfabrik having discharge pressure 0.4kg /cm2 as required. Work to be carried out on as and when required.

Supply of 'V' belts for 15 HP, 450-500 M3/hr Capacity of Twin lobe rotary Air blower, Make- Rootech Root Blowers having discharge pressure 0.4kg /cm2 as required. Work to be carried out on as and when required.

Supply of 'V' belts for 5HP, 100-150 M3/hr Capacity of Twin lobe rotary Air blower, Make- Rootech Root Blowers having discharge pressure 0.6 kg /cm2 as required. Work to be carried out on as and when required.

Supply and replacement of gear oil for Gear lubrication (Gearbox) and grease for 15 HP, 450-500 M3/hr Capacity of Twinlobe rotary Air blower, Make- Beta Maschinenfabrik having discharge pressure 0.4kg /cm2 as required. Note:The job is required to be done quarterly.

Supply and replacement of Air filters for 15 HP, 450-500 M3/hr Capacity of Twin lobe rotary Air blower, Make- Beta Maschinenfabrik having discharge pressure 0.4kg /cm2 as required. Note: The job is required to be done half yearly.

Supply and replacement of Air filters for 15 HP, 450-500 M3/hr Capacity of Twinlobe rotary Air blower, Make- Rootech Root Blowers having discharge pressure 0.4kg /cm2 as required. Note: The job is required to be done half yearly.

Supply and replacement of Air filters for 5HP, 100-150 M3/hr Capacity of Twinlobe rotary Air blower, Make- Rootech Root Blowers having discharge pressure 0.6 kg /cm2 as required. Note: The job is required to be done half yearly.

Annual Overhauling, servicing, replacing of media, strainers, painting , minor repair work and commissioning of Multi-grade filter having down type flow of size 1200mm x 1500 mm height for treatment of clarified water tank of the STP complete as required.

Annual Overhauling, servicing, replacing of media, strainers , painting, minor repair work and commissioning of Activated Carbon Filter having down type flow of size 1200mm x 1500 mm height for filtration of treated sewage water complete as required.

Supply and installation of Micron Cartridge Filter of capacity 12.5 cum/hr, rating 100 micron, MOC: Sponge type cartridge filter for PLC based Ultra Filtration system installed for STP. Note: The job is required to be done quarterly

Servicing, dismantling, re-fixing, testing and commissioning of the existing UF hollow fiber membrane (MOC Polyether Sulfone (PES)) of Make-Qua , Model - Q SEP-6008 having permeate capacity of 12.5cum/hr, inside out flow path, max feed pressure 70PSI and this includes chemically enhanced backwash procedure, a combination of chemicals like citric Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Hydroxide , Sulfuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid of PLC based Ultra Filtration system installed for STP complete as required. Note: The job is required to be done half yearly

Cleaning of STP tanks with removal of waste material by means of mechanical suction system and disposal of waste material removed from STP tanks through tanker of minimum capacity 8000 litres including obtain necessary permission/license for disposal of material at designated disposal place earmarked by Goa Municipal corporation or any Govt. authority by following govt. environment policy/ norms/rules of Goa Municipal corporation. Note: Rate shall be quoted for per tanker.

Supply of 20 kgs bucket of eco friendly , non-flammable bioculture powder for achieving a well settling MLSS (Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids ) and shall be capable of reducing COD, BOD , TDS, hardness and obnoxious gases like Ammonia, H2S in wastewater tanks of Sewage Treatment Plant complete as required. .
