M&l for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces mixing with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction (Water proofing compound paid for seperately)of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of cement basee paint over a coat of primer.

Water proofing treatment provided with polymeric water proofing membrane 90 micron weighing not less than 3Kg/Sqm on prepared surfaces vertical/horizontal laid over a coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm, over a coat of bitumen primer 0.50Kg/Sqm one coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm shall be provided over water proofing membrane as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : IWl, STP

All as per item no 56 above but in vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick cement rendering /backing coat of cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified

Non skid tiles coloured exc 0.06 sqm and n.exc 0.11 sqm , 6-7mm thick of any colour pattern and 1st quality as approved by GE in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match, pattern, laying etc of tiles and Shade, Colour shall be decided by Engr in Charge complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles glossy finish of size 300x200x 5-6mm thick in dado’s/skirting etc (1st quality). set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match, pattern, laying etc of tiles and Shade, Colour shall be decided by Engr in Charge complete all as specified.

Cement plaster 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete as in walls to etc finished even and rough to without using extra cement complete to receive further finishes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/plinth protection laid in suitable panels finished even and fair all as spd . 6mm Joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) complete.

Demoilition of lean/cinder concrete filled in sunken slab , wire brusing the surface ,cleaning all loose dirt by dusting/watering sunken portion of WC, Toilet etc and applying cement slurry @1.5 kg per Sqm complte all as specfied and directed
