Dismantling and removing the 02 Nos. old defective gate, Hoist machine, platform, railling etc. with the help of hydra crane of suitable capacity, heavy duty labour T&P, gas cutter etc. as required at at Link Drain II & RD 5780M of Supplementary Drain.

Removing mud, garbage, hyacinth silt etc. from the chamber of 09 gates at at RD 1170M(02 gates), Link Drain II, RD 2683M, RD 4170M (02 gates), RD 4250M, RD 5780M & RD 5890M of Supplementary Drain (inluding outfall of Toe Drain & Link Drain II) with the help of heavy duty labours and dispose within 50m.

Filling E.C Bags with available good earth and stacking upto a lead of 50 meters as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge This item is for stopping the flow of water as per the requirement for keeping the working area dry so that the repairing/replacement work of gates, channel, grooves, finishing etc. can be carried out at at RD 1170M(02 gates), Link Drain II, RD 2683M, RD 4170M (02 gates), RD 4250M, RD 5780M& RD 5890M of Supplementary Drain (including outfall of Toe Drain & Link Drain II) inlet gates.

Repair of inlet gate at RD 1170 m of Supplementary Drain (02 Gates) by cutting and removing damaged/rusted M.S. sheet and channel, and providing and fixing new M.S. sheet (approx. 0.36 sqm) including welding, grinding, aligning and finishing; Providing and fixing flat-type rubber seal (100 mm × 44 mm × 12 mm, length 10,000 mm) with M.S./S.S. clamping strips using nuts, bolts, and washers; and Providing, fabricating, and fixing bottom sill beam of Stainless Steel Grade 304 (80 mm × 8 mm, length 1800 mm approx) welded with ISMB 200 (length 1800 mm approx) duly painted with red oxide primer and enamel paint, including providing & fixing bottom seal & refitting of gate with heavy-duty labour, hydra crane, and all necessary works complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of inlet gate at Link Drain II by cutting and removing damaged/rusted M.S. sheet and channel, and providing and fixing new M.S. sheet (approx. 3.25 sqm) including welding, grinding, aligning and finishing; providing and fixing J type seal rubber 100mm X 44mm X 14mm and length 10600 mm (approx) with M.S./S.S. clamping strips using nuts, bolts, and washers;.and Removing the existing old sill beam rubber, cleaning the stainless steel sill surface, and providing & fixing new bottom sill beam rubber (length 2500mm approx) in position, ensuring proper alignment and watertight sealing in the existing Stainless Steel Grade 304 (80 mm × 8 mm, length 2500 mm that is welded with ISMB 200 - length 3000 mm approx) duly painted with red oxide primer and enamel paint, including refitting of gate with heavy-duty labour, hydra crane, and All necessary works complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of inlet gate at RD 2683 m, Jharoda Majra (Supplementary Drain) by cutting and removing damaged/rusted M.S. sheet and channel, and providing and fixing new M.S. sheet (approx. 0.80 sqm) including welding, grinding, aligning and finishing; providing and fixing flat-type rubber seal (100 mm × 44 mm × 12 mm, length 9,000 mm) with M.S./S.S. clamping strips using nuts, bolts, and washers; and Providing, fabricating, and fixing sill beam of Stainless Steel Grade 304 (80 mm × 8 mm, length1600 mm approx) welded with ISMB 200 (length 1600 mm approx) duly painted with red oxide primer and enamel paint, including refitting of gate with heavy-duty labour, hydra crane, and all necessary works complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of inlet gate at RD 4250 m, Burari (Supplementary Drain) by cutting and removing damaged/rusted M.S. sheet and channel, and providing and fixing new M.S. sheet (approx. 0.54 sqm) including welding, grinding, aligning and finishing; providing and fixing flat-type rubber seal (100 mm × 44 mm × 12 mm, length 9,000 mm approx) with M.S./S.S. clamping strips using nuts, bolts, and washers; and Providing, fabricating, and fixing bottom sill beam of Stainless Steel Grade 304 (80 mm × 8 mm, length 1800 mm approx) welded with ISMB 200 (length 1800 mm approx) duly painted with red oxide primer and enamel paint, including providing & fixing bottom seal & lrefitting of gate with heavy-duty labour, hydra crane, and all necessary works complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of inlet gate at RD 5780 m, Mukundpur (Supplementary Drain) by cutting and removing damaged/rusted M.S. sheet and channel, and providing and fixing new M.S. sheet (approx. 1.5 sqm) including welding, grinding, aligning and finishing; providing and fixing J type seal rubber 100mm X 44mm X 14mm and length 10000mm with M.S./S.S. clamping strips using nuts, bolts, and washers; and Removing the existing old sill beam rubber, cleaning the stainless steel sill surface, and providing & fixing new bottom sill beam rubber (length 3000mm) in position, ensuring proper alignment and watertight sealing in the existing Stainless Steel Grade 304 (80 mm × 8 mm, length 3000 mm that is welded with ISMB 200 - length 3000 mm approx) duly painted with red oxide primer and enamel paint, including providing & fixing bottom seal and refitting of gate with heavy-duty labour, hydra crane, and All necessary works complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing of gate by cutting the existing damaged/rusted M.S Sheet and M.S Channel from inlet gate and repairing of gate by providing and fixing M.S. sheet (0.90 sqm approx) wherever required by welding, grinding etc. Providing and fixing of Flat type rubber seal size 100mm X 44mm X 12mm and length 10000mm (approx) with the help of MS/SS flat clamping strip using nuts, bolts and washers as per required specification; Providing, Fabricating and fixing Bottom sill beam of Stainless Steel Grade 304 (80 mm × 8 mm, length1800 mm approx) welded with ISMB 200 (length 1800 mm approx) duly painted with red oxide primer and enamel paint with suitable with MS/SS flat clamping strip using nut, bolt and washers., including providing & fixing bottom seal and alignment of gate with heavy-duty labour. grinding and finishing and refitting of gate with the help of heavy duty labour, hydra crane etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at RD 5890M Mukundpur (Supplementary Drain)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required at Various sites of Inlet Gates of Supplementary Drain.
