232-3 Construction of CC onHaridwari Marg Kanwar Path under special repair in the financial year 2025-26

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. including all material, labour, T&P etc complete but excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. including all material, labour, T&P etc complete but excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including all material, labour, T&P etc complete but excluding GST.

Supply & Fixing 80 mm thick Precast cement concrete I-Shape interlocking paver block a with top layer of minimum 8mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. cement, Smooth high gloss finish, skid reditant. manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro-compression machanism. The compressive strength of concrere paver block shall not be less than 30MPA (M-30) and wight 5kg per no confirming to IS; 15658-2006 with a 4 cm thick layer of fine sand including cost of material,labour, T & P TAXES etc requried for proper completion of the work as directed by Enginner- in-charge. including all material, labour, T&P etc complete but excluding GST.
