Sub-Head:- Earth Work

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m. including getting out the excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m.a) Hard/ Dense soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of ,foundation etc. in layer not exceeding 20cm. in depth consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead unto 50m. lift unto 1.5m.

Filling in plinth with sandy soil under floors including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Sub-Head:- Concrete & RCC Work

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of ,centering and shuttering in1:4:8 (1cement : 4c/sand: 8 graded stone agro. 40 mm nominal size.)

Reinforced cement concrete work in found., footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement in 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement :1.5 c/sand: 3 graded stone agro. 20 mm nominal size.)

R.C.C. work in column pillars ,abutment, post and struts upto floor two level i/c finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3f/sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding the cost ,of centering and reinforcement in 1:1.5:3( 1 cement :1.5 course sand: 3graded stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size)

RCC work in suspended floors, roofs landing, shelves & their supports, balconies, lintels, beams, plinth i/c finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 course sand: 3 graded stone aggt. 20mm nominal size).

RCC work in wall ( any Thickness I/ c attached pilaster buttresses , plinth and string course fillets eyc. Upto floor two level finishing and reinforcement in 1: 1.5: 3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coare sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) .

Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick with concrete cement 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Sub-Head:- Reinforcement

Reinforcement for RCC work in bending, binding and placing in position complete in Tor steel bars.

Sub-Head:- Form-Work

Providing form works i/c centering and shuttering so as to give a rough finish, shuttering & propping etc height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m & removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete plain concrete work in:-

a) Foundation footings, bases of column etc. and mass concrete

b) Column pillar posts& struts ( square, rectangular or polygonal in plain)

c) Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunchings, cantilevers, girders, bressumers and lintel not exceeding 1m in depth.

d) Flat surface such as suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like. (i) floor etc upto 200mm thickness.

Sub-Head: Brick Work

2nd class (local 1st class) brick work in foundn and plinth in cement mortar 1:4(1cement :4f/sand)

Half brick masonry 2nd class (local 1st class) in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 c/sand) in superstructure.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position A)local best quality Leihao

P/F 25 mm thick panelled and glazed or panelled or glazed shutters for cupboard i/c black-enamelled or bright finished M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws. Leihao wood.

P/F M.S. grills of reqd pattern to wooden frames etc. with M.S. flats at reqd spacing and framed all round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws plain grill

P/F M.S. tower bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete with 250 x 10mm.

P/F M.S. sliding bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete with 300 x 16mm.

P/F M.S. handles with necessary screws etc. complete.

Sub-Head:-Steel-work

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long i/c fixing to frames with 10mm dia. bolts nuts and wooden plug and demodding to cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 (1cement:3c/sand: 6stone aggrt 20mm nominal size)

P/L M.S. fan clamps Type-I of 16mm dia bent to shape during laying i/c hooked ends in R.C.C. slab during laying i/c painting the exposed portion of loop all per standard design complete.

Providing & fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20mm X 10 mm X 2 mm & braced with flat iron diagonals 20 mm X 5 mm sizes with top & bottom rails of T iron 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm with 38 mm dia steel pulleys complete with bolts & nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles i/c applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Poviding and fixing glazing in aluminium door, windows, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rudder/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawing and the directions of engineer-in-charge.(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 4 mm thickness

Sub Head: Flooring& Finishes

White glazed tiles 10 mm in flooring, treads or steps & landing laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.

White glazed tiles 10 mm thick in skirting riser of steps & dado on 10 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with white cement slurry .

12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 course sand)

Applying one coat of cement pimer of approved quality on wall surface.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved quality on new work( Two or more coats) to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing on wall face G.I. Rain water pipe and filling the joints with spun yarn soaked in neat cement slurry and cement mortar 1:2 (1 cem : 2 fine sand). c) 150 mm diameter.

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of approved steel primer red oxide zinc chrome primer conforming to IS:2079) welded and bolted including special shape washer etc. complete.
