Complete repair of 100 HP, 1440 RPM, 50 Heartz, 30 Mts. Head and 125 LPS Aqua make non clog sewage submersible motor pump set at MPS Gaughat & IPS Manchaman sewage pumping station including following works.

Complete refitting of motor pump set & ground floor for testing on no load then lowering inside the IPS Manchaman pumping station inside the sump well by manually & gentry crane of above set with fittin on pedestal complete trail & testing.

Transportation of motor pump set from site to work shop and after repair work shop to site loading, unloading by crane.

Complete dismantling of the motor pump set carefully and cutting and removing of old burnt copper wire from stator and cleaning of stator slot by CTC.

Providing & replacement of water proof mechanical seal assembyl set as per original size Type burgmen make. MC 1-60 mm mechanical seal - 1 set T/C to carbon double function - 1 set

Providing of lead wire separator and "O" ring set thermal plate and packing material & fastners with checking of both cable and cleaning of cable inside the chamber leak proof compound complete filling of motor assembly.

Providing and turbinal 46 no. of cooling oil. 3 job × 25 lit. = 75 liter

Dismantling of pump assembly dynamically balancing of impeller providing of impeller nut as per size.

Providing of 16 no. alankey bolt with banjo washer profiles gasket 200 mm dia & seating of chopping plate as per required adjustment.

Providing and rewinding stator, insulated against heat and humidity to class-F (1550c) of super enameled insulation copper winding wire. 35 kg. × 5 no. = 175 Kg.

Providing of insulating material H-class insulating paper, fiber glass tap root, impire cloth, soldering wire etc as per required.

Cleaning of stator winding removing moisture & varnishing of stator winding by Dr. Back varnish, drawing and labor charges for fully rewinding of motor.

Providing and fixing of Upper ball bearing 1 set, Lower ball bearing 1 nos.
