COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR/ MAINT OF B/R NATURE WORKS IN THE BLDGS AND REPAIR TO JOINERY WORKS INCL DOORS, WINDOWS, ROLLING SHUTTERS AND CLEANING OF OVERHEAD WATER TANKS IN NORTH SIDE OF RUNWAY AT BHISIANA UNDER GE (AF) BHISIANA

Dismantling of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description, stacking serviceable brick for re use if directed and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work using old serviceable bricks obtained from dismantled item shall be reused after cleaning old cement mortar, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work in half brick thick wall straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster/rough cast plaster from brick walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including disposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200 ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing chicken wire mesh ( Morga jali ) in cement plaster or over joints of RCC and brickwork or as per site requirement of 24 gauge & 10-13 mm mesh, width as required for construction joints, plastering work at joints wall & RCC, and chasing in brick work for electrical conduits or water supply pipes, including pegs/nails, binding wire as required for fixing/supporting arrangement before rendering / plastering etc. as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rendering / plastering shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ
