Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm. thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with initial leads and lifts. etc. including leveling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed In all soils except in hard rock requiring blasting (SS20B)

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement , four sand, and eight hard broken stone) Using 40 mm gauge Hand Broken Granite stone jelly for Foundation including watering whenever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick. Compacting etc., complete complying within standard specification and as directed

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using Country Bricks ground moulded of size 23 x11 x7 cm. For the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. For Foundation Basement and Super structure

Suppling and filling in foudnation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted completed complyine with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering of sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angels of size 25 mm X 25mm X 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak( country wood) joists of size 10 cm X 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items. a) RCC floor slab roof slab rectangular square. Tee or Ell beams, lintels staircase waist slab landing slab , landing beam, portico beam etc.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement , one and half sand, and three hard broken stone) using 20 mm , gauge machine broken hard granite stones jelly for RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges and centering and shuttering charges but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of slab, beams etc, shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 ( one cement and three sand) 12 mm thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc., as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification.. The rate is including vibration charges.

Plastering with CEMENT MORTAR 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12 mm. thick in all floor including curing etc. Complete complying with standard specification

Finishing the top of the roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 20 cm x 2 cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3(One cement and three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tile of any colour and any size laid in cm 1:2, 20 mm thick with white cement using 0.40 kg / m2 mixed with coloring pigments to suit the color of the tiles including finishing the joint neatly complete complying with standard specification

Dadooing walls with glazed tiles of any colour & any size laid in cm 1:2, 20 mm thick with white cement using 0.40 kg / m2 mixed with coloring pigments to suit the color of the tiles including finishing the joint neatly complete complying with standard specification

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete

Emulsion Paints two coat using best quality oil bond Emulsion in all the floors, including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete with standard specification
