Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Bajaj, , GE, Phillips Havell’s, Surya Roshini, Crompton & wipro approved make motorized High Mast 12.5M height on suitable R.C.C. foundation with mobile lantern carriage and essential accessories including gear box and component suitable 12 luminaries with ring along with its control panel for raising and lowering of lantern system associated with sheathed traveling cables with 2 wire rope system with two section without circumferential weld in mast section. The raising & lowering mechanism for the lantern carriage sale incorporate with winch single drum type head frame stainless steel wire internal electrical cable 1 No. lighting arrestor including higher wattage 1.5 Watt reversible induction motor power tool integral of IP-66, LM-79 or LM-80, BIS approved/certified Led flood lights (From lab of Govt. of India) are eligible for any make with provision for operation of raising & lowering of Lantern carriage to make the above system functional. the induction motor should be 0.75HP, 6pole, single speed having B- class insulation with air resistance IR 50 protection and other required controlling devices to operate motor & including 12 Nos. X 100W LED Light (Flood Light) luminaries Aluminium diecast body technical parameter. The Manufacturer of LED lights fitting should have in house R&D/lab testing facility approved by government of India /NABL. All relevant test certificates shall be provided free of cost by the manufacturer/bidder to the inspecting officer at the time of inspection The bidder of LED lights fitting will provide onsite Guarantee/Warranty certificate applicable for minimum 5 years from the date of energrization through electrical meter of LED lights fittings on NJSP of Rs.10. Complete Product, Guarantee of minimum 5 years including drivers. The following companies if having the product with above technical parameters and BIS approved certificate of this product is eligible to supply/install /maintain their product: Bajaj, , GE, Phillips Havell’s, Surya Roshini, Crompton & wipro etc. out these companies, Only those companies fulfilling above condition of technical parameter product considered and participate in tender process paper of the same is to be submitted in MCF office (verification needed either by AE) Electrical, MCF before installation of these products at site all certificates test reports is to be submitted in AE electrical office In control gear boxes with all accessories including the cost of suitable foundation for the mast. The mast should be complete in all respect including the cost of all labour and material to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge of the work (As per detailed specification attached) Guarantee of pole with foundation and other electrical, mechanical structure, wires Led flood lights, gear box pulley steel rope complete in all respect including maintenance at site for five year 10% security will be released only after successful mtc for 5 year and every year satisfaction certificate must be needed for contractor from MCF work will be considered to be completed only after successful enerization through electrical meter and guarantee period will start from that up to five year

Complete replacement in case of burning, accident due to whatever reason.

Cost of 3 KW three phase energy meter (electricity meter) with complete installation (pursuing of meter file to DHBVN and upto complete installation, whole work is to be done by the contractor himself work is considered to be completed after complete installation of energy meter and intelligent smart controller (paid to contractor but as per DHBVNL rate plus Rs. 1000/- per meter paid to contractor for pursuing and making file charges etc
