Supply of 5 HP sewage waste water handling submersible type pumpsetsuitable for operation of 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 c/s with a Head 15 - 20 mtrs, discharge 710 lpm or more, Delivery size 100x100 mm. Make:- BS/Mody/KSB/SU/DJB approved makes.

Supply of Extra cable for connection of pumpsets up to panel board. 4 core X 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed copper conductor (flexible) cable, 1100 volt, confirming to IS:694. Armored Make-Havells/Finolex/Gloster/Grandley/DJB Approved makes.

Supply of wall mounted cubical electrical panel in sheet metal enclosure suitable for above pumps comprising of ammeter, voltmeter, DOL contactor, overload relay, MCB, single phase preventer, indicating lamps duly wired & painted, Suitable for running pumpsetupto 10 HP (fully automatic ON/OFF).

Supply of Non rising C.I Sluice Valve of 100mm dia, PN1.0. Make –Kirloskar/IVC/DJB Approved makes.

Supply of Non rising C.I Non Return Valve of 100mm dia. , PN1.0 Make –Kirloskar/IVC/DJB Approved makes.

Supply of 4” diaM.S.pipe ‘B’ Class. Make- Jindal/Tata/DJB Approved makes.

Supply of Tail piece made out from M.S. pipe duly welded with both side M.S. Flanges or as per delivery size of Pump.

Supply of nut bolts of various sizes as per site requirement.

Supply of rubber packing sheets.

Installation charges of all above items of dewatering pump-sets. The job includes welding of new M.S flanges with new MS pipe & new bends as per site requirement. Fixing of pipe line with nut bolts, pump set and rubber packing sheet, M.S Clamp with allied accessories on vertical/Horizontal pipe line for holding of pipe line with the help of Drill Machine, Fasteners of required size, etc. required to complete the work at site with all safety measures. etc. Work including arranging all tolls & tackles such as welding machine, cutter machine, gas cutter i/c oxygen, LPG set etc, welding rods, etc. & also cleaning/ making required pit for dewatering pumpseti/c plastering, etc as per site requirement.

Making arrangement at a height of 30 ft approx. and above for standing of workers, safely so as to work easily and safely. Safety equipment, ladder, Helmets, Safety belts, , ropes, etc.

Installation of cubical electrical Panel at a position indicated by Engineer-in-charge and making the electrical connections of the panels. The work includes arranging all hardware and electrical items required to fix the cubical panel and for electric connection works.

Providing/Painting of complete pipe line & specials to protect from rust with one coat of primer and two coat of enamel Paint of good quality.

Transportation charges for above said items i/c Pump set, pipe & specials, Tools & tackles, etc.

Testing & Commissioning of installed equipment’s at NO load/Full Load as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.
