Medicines Items (As per Technical Bid)

Terms & Conditions:- 1. Intending supplier should be authorized/ registered dealer having valid various Drug license & GST registration No. The license should be valid till end of contract by renewing it well in advance and renewed certificate must be forwarded to this office. 2. It was suggested for rate contract of medicine to be finalised with competent reliable, experienced and efficient suppliers for a period of one year who can supply medicines having WHO Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard. 3. The quoted discount price should be inclusive of GST & transportation (F.O.R destination) upto NISER. 4. Discount offered should be valid till contract period. 5. Parties have to quote for all the items as per technical bid otherwise their bids will not be considered. 6. Contract period- 01 year from the date of order which may be extended further. 7. Order will be placed as and when required depending on the required. 8. The delivery must be completed within stipulated time (i.e. 02 to 04 weeks) 9. The item should have at least 75% of life at the time of supply. 10. All Tablets/ Capsules will be accepted in blister/strip pack only. No loose medicines will be accepted. 11. Medicine should be supplied preferably from the same batch as far as possible. 12. Proper cold chain for required items should be maintained till supply. 13. 100% payment will be made after receipt at Store, NISER with due verification of MRP, quantity & expire date etc. verified by the competent authority.
