Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering . All works upto plinth level 1:4:8 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregates) 40 mm nominal size (crushed)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending , placing in position and binding all complete. Fe 500D or more. (using 8-10 mm dia bars)

Supply & fixing of 40mm wide PVC strips for joints

Centring and shuttering incl strutting propping etc and removal of form work for foundation footing bases of columns

Providing & Laying of FIBA approved modular Interlocking Polypropylene Tiles (PP tiles) with double mesh structure and minimum thickness of 15 mm and other specification like Ball Rebound, slip resistance, force reduction as per parameters approved by FIBA. The floorig should be antiskid and UV resitant. Item includes game line marking as required and kerbing of edges.The contractor shall have to provide the warrenty of 5 years for the product.
