Strengthening of existing weld joints
Charges for drawal of required iron and steel material from central stores / TTPS and transported to SCH-I. Fabrication of support angle to the required size and shape and then, erection of the material at south side roofing sheet supporting column and providing additional supports on top, middle, bottom column by a available M.S angles - Strengthening of all the existing corroded and peeled - off weld joints by chipping, grinding and cleaning the corroded weld surface including joints in asbestos sheet supporting angles by two run welding - Providing additional ‘L’ bolts - 2000 nos. in the existing roofing sheets including fixing & tightening of new ‘L’ bolts. including cost of consumables, ‘L’ bolts cutting gas welding electrode and hire charges for T&P’s etc., complete at secondary crusher house-I.
Charges for painting one coat of Red oxide paint and two coats of smoke grey enamel paint in the existing roofing sheet supporting angle and channel. including cost of paint and other consumables etc., at secondary crusher house-I
