Comprehensive maintenance of overhead travelling Electrical operated cranes installed at industrial sheds/warehouses/repair bays at COD and 506 ABW by carrying out the following repairs complete all as specified as under - (a) Preventive maintenance of longitudinal travel/cross travel system assembly comprising of the followings : (i) Checking lubrication of gear system, topping up of lubricant upto the desired level, replacement of gasket, nuts, bolts, washers, spilt pins for proper tightness and safety including replacement of wornout parts. (ii) Checking and testing of electric control system, replacement of worn out parts, checking of coupling unit, travel track etc. (iii) All other miscellaneous items and checks necessary for safe operation of cranes including replacement of wornout parts. (b) Preventive maintenance of housing system/crab assy comprising of. the followings : (i) Inspection, checking including topping up/charging of lubricants and gaskets. (ii) Inspection and checking of bracings, pulley, nuts, bolts, washers, split pins, bushes hooks, checking of housing pulley and lubrication thereof (iii) Inspection of hoisting rope for cut abberations etc and cleaning up all greasy/clipping materials, inspection servicing, setting and testing braking system for its safe operation. (iv) Inspection, checking, setting right including replacement of damaged wiring of electric system in and outside cabins

(v) Repair/replacement of all other miscellaneous items necessary for safe and satisfactory functioning of crane including replacement of wornout spares. (c) Preventive maint of electrical control system comprising of followings: (i) inspection, checking, decarbonizing and tightening of electrical connections in total system including replacement of thimbles etc. (ii) Inspection and checking of fuses, setting and tightening the same as per their capacity, Inspection, setting of voltage regulator system including replacement of fused indicating lamp etc. Notes:- (i) The unit rate quoted against this item includes the labour only for the replacement of worn out parts against Sl No. 03 to 56, 61 to 70 of this BoQ here-in-after (ii) Qualified Technician from authorised Workshop of Manufacturers shall attend the breakdown within 24 hrs (after receiving the complaint)as and when occured during the entire period of contract. (iii) Checking of all electrical and mechanical components after making the crane fully fuctional. (iii) After carry out inspection, Crane Inspection report shall be submited to Engr-In-Charge in proper inspection report format duly signed by authorised Enginer/Technician and same shall be signed by concerned executive & Engr-in-Charge and shall be kept on record till defect liability period duly countersigned by GE.. (iv) Proper register shall be maintaned for each inspection of breakdown dully signed by technician, user, contractor concerned executive & Engr-in-Charge and shall be kept on record till defect liability period duly countersigned by GE..

M&L for cleaning, scrubing and painting of complete steam boiler (including 3 units) oil fired (LDO/HSD) vertical coil type of capacity 850 Kg/hour not less than 88% + 2.5% thermal efficiency, steam outputs F&A 100 degree centigrade & working pressure not less than 10.5 Kg/Sq Cm, and dryness factor not less than 0.95 with two coat High temperature Siliconised Aluminium Paint including pumps, motors, startors, LT Panel board, pipe line etc complete all as specified and directed .
