Without these the authorization certificate from OEM will not be considered as valid and offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference and no representation will be entertained. Buyer can seek the authentication of valid authorization certificate from OEM, if required. ii)The tenderer must upload product catalogue along with their offer, If firm fails to submit product catalogue, their offer will be likely to be rejected.
