Painting V-columns (M&N), Beams, Ceilings under the flyover and soffits up to a maximum height of 25mtrs with elastomeric synthetic anti-carbonation, anti-corrosive functional coating, in three coats (Three coats shall be consisting of one primer coat and two top coats) achieving dry film thickness DFT of 225 microns for top coats, having adhesion of minimum 1.5 MPa, CO2 diffusion value of minimum 2.15 g/m2xd, and passing Impedance value of 107 ohms (In 3.5 % Nacl) including cleaning and preparation of surface thoroughly with suitable detergent/puffing to remove all loose particles, rust, dirt, scales, smoke splices, mortar/bird droppings, sealing of significant cracks, collecting and disposing the particles generated during the process with least pollution including all all leads and lifts, scaffolding using appropriate safe and stable access system based on machine like boom or scissor lift or a specialized scaffolding system providing safety measures all complete as per manufacture's recommendations and specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Base coat should suitable with Art Paint as per Item No.2)

Painting Design of Art work on V-Columns by marking with stencils as per designs and shades provided as approved by AAI architect up to a maximum height of 25mtrs with two coats of Apex ultima or equivalent of approved brand and manufaturer including cleaning and preparation of surface, all scaffolding using appropriate safe and stable access system based on machine like boom or scissor lift or a specialized scaffolding system providing safety measures etc all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Plan area of stencil cut shall be measured)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. a) On steel work
