Improvement and Development of Nala from Huralikoppi Doddakere to Belageri tank in Savanur taluk, Haveri District.

The intending bidder should have in last 5 years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26, Satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor, one similar nature of work such as Construction of NP3/MS/NP2/HDPE/DI Pipe line work under any LIS/ TFS/WS Scheme costing not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e, Rs.247.20 Lakhs in last five years. The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same circle or equivalent in case of other Government undertaking within India. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weight age of 10% for each year

The intending bidder should have executed minimum quantities in any one financial year, during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). i.Earthwork in excavation / silt removal is 8782.8 Cum ii.Earthwork in Embankment is 2140.25 Cum iii.Laying of NP3/NP2/MS/HDPE/DI pipes of dia not less than 1000mm of length 3348m.

The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same Circle or Equivalent in case of other Government undertaking.

The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be certified by Statutory Auditors of the Company or by the proprietor of the company through an affidavit. Even though the Tenderers meet the above criteria they are subject to be disqualified if they have: (a) made misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements and / or (b) record of poor performance such as abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract, inordinate delays in completion, litigation history or financial failure etc, and / or (c) Participated in the previous tender for the same work and had quoted unreasonably high tender prices and could not furnish rational justification. If the bidder / bidders have participated in more than one work, the available tender capacity will be assessed and number of works will be awarded as per his available bid capacity

To qualify for a package of contracts made up of this and other contracts for which tenders are invited in this IFT, the tenderer must demonstrate having experience and resources to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts

The intending bidder should have Own/Lease equipments and machineries, shall be furnished (a) Availability by owning at least 50% of the required / specified key and critical equipment for this work. (b) Each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments/machinery for execution of the work. (c) However, it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities of roadwork /Irrigation works involved in construction as per MORTH specification and Irrigation manual. Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualification criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value(Rs.494.41 Lakhs). The available tender Capacity will be calculated as Assessed available tender Capacity is (AxNx1.5-B), Where, A is Maximum value of civil engineering works Executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B is Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 05months (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited)

The intending bidder in his / its name should have in the last 5 years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least 2 financial years, a minimum financial turnover of Rs.988.81 Lakhs (usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract).The financial turnover will be updated to the Present Price Level 2026-27 by giving weightage of 10% each year. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant bearing UDIN along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished

Bidder should furnish liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.165.71 lakhs from any Nationalized / scheduled bank Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The format for Bankers Certificate/ Line of Credit (BC/LOC) letter to be issued by the Banks as per circular No: FD- CAM/16/2022 (P-2) dated: 22/08/2022
