Note :- The rate quoted is deemed inclusive for the following :- (a) Attending minor repairs/breakdowns without involving any new (major) materials. (b) Cost includes the tools for attending break down and minor materials like lugs and PVC tapes,Job Cards and Complaint registers etc. (c) Major repairs,Break downs invloving S&F of materials such as cables,Joints,MCCBs etc are out side the scope of this item and shall be measured and paid separately. (d) Contractor should ensure to carry out the work through qualified Technician/Electrician and assisted by the helper. Necessary tools & plants and transportation charges are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to Earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 5 of SSR Pt-I incl all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber, chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) including 15 mm dia protection pipe & 20 mm dia watering pipe and wire mesh funnel etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level and also the cost of the Test point. (ii) Joining of GI earth strip with pipe of the test point shall be done by using suitable cable lugs.

S&F in repairs danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet,vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S Clamps, bolts and nuts of size 20 x 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of sub-station Bldg (of any size) from inside and outside by brooming /scrasing of wall/floor /roof and taking out LT cables from duct after disconnecting from LT panel and relaying of cable with properly dressed, refixing the duct cover and reconnecting the cable to LT panel complete as dircted with area cleaning of sub stn by cutting of tree, bushes, roots, crepers and taking out the debris from the sub-staion boundaries and deposited within a distance of 1 KM radious complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for maintenance of LT & APFC panels by providing necessary hinges, nuts & bolts, welding and painting at site to electric control panel/LT Panel/APFC Panel/Feeder Piller box /Bus bar panel any type and any size of E/M installations by cleaning the existing old paint with the help of mechanical tools such as wire brush, scraper and sand paper from the surface of panel and M&L for painting the prepared surface with two coat of synthatic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out the following work/repairs through manufacturer's authorised service engineer of voltage stabilizer of following capacities located at various tech Accn at Naval Station Karanja :- i) Opening of stabilizer at tech Accn workshop and taking out all defective / unserviceable parts, fixing of new parts after repair inplace of defective part, rewiring of defective control wiring etc and assembling complete all as specified & directed. ii) Testing of stabilizer after repair on existing load to give desired & rated output. iii) M & L for preparation of old painted surface by hand scrap and applying one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting. Note : - All defective parts including cable & oil to be replaced will be measured & paid separately under relevent item of schedule as supply only. However, cost of labour for fixing of new part is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.
